This happened to me with Chongyun once, it’s not just tall characters. However, the game then glitched further, I ran out of stamina and was kind of just stuck even though my character should have been able to just stand up. 😂
I did this a couple months back w Eula and oh my days.

I found the same glitch in Port Ormos near one of the ships but it works on all characters 😂
On Liyue there box next to blacksmith you can do four leg crawl on box and floor . With no stamina loss. Same thing.
