Dude she's like a literal version of Xiao and Diluc mixed together, except her abilities are faster, controllable, and a bit more fun to play with. Kind of unfair but I guess ideas eveolve.

Is she better than Diluc? I know Diluc is one of the best if not the best, I'm asking this because i saw many people pull Diluc on the 90th pity 50/50, they lost Hu Tao, but i thought they would be excited, but nope. They were dissapointed and they were like Hu Tao is better, i know all characters are good, depends on the one who builds them, im a new player but I've played mmorpg games before so i know theres alot that depends on building correctly etc
Her combo is boring.
Since I don't have any support character except Barbruh,I just use Mona's elemental burst to have a good damage….
I actually use her as sub dps since I have Ganyu and I like ganyu a little more
Another cryo flower boss burst..who cares. For thos who want new charactars want to see abyss how well they are doing there. Do anyone realy care about 1 shot flower boss if the numbers are higher or lower then other charactars..99% realy dont..no one realt cares if you kill the boss on 1 burst or 5 sec

Hey Moba and Chill. I have been testing hutao burst damage and so far I only get 270k Max. How did you get 500k? was she constellation 6?
