Regarding the Wingless, we can talk to a wingless in mualanis tribe (near the hotel I think?)
In the livestream, it was said that the wingless are protected till they can learn how to fly
But the wingless you talk to in the ppl of the springs territory seems to be implied to be treated very badly by the clan.

I could be wrong but I think the Golden Treaty is given and not stolen but the first (mad) Sage and the dragon made it look like that it is Stolen, for what reason I can't really remember… Then again I could be entirely wrong.
