It can be obtained by fishing but after experiencing the fishing minigame a couple times to get the catch(another better weapon), most people just didn’t want to get this one, or simply forgot about it.

They should have made it actually broken like the catch so it's worth fishing for it.
It's easy to get and I R5 it for fun
FYI If u haven't seen any Eye of perception phys. dmg showcase, the multipliers on this bow are slightly still better with somewhat similar cooldown and comparatively more functional passive. Ofc this bow is more single target focused, but at R5 it will be doing total of 480% additional phys dmg. You should not compare it with Support weapons like fav and sac bow just because it have ER stat. If overall dmg is low in Meta standards, this bow is still fun to use for player who like Experimental gameplay. Stop influencing player base by biased meta focused opinions and then maybe u might get an actual long enough informational video to help u gain more subs and reach your target audience. Your channel really have potential, so don't waste it like this.
