I heavily disagree with venti as battery purely because of the damage loss his burst will give since it prevents xiao damage

engulfing lightning is actually decent on xiao. it gives him a straight up atk % boost plus energy recharge. None of those stats go to waste on him.
urm, to xiao user out there- can xiao still be a good dps even if he isn't in the best party? Would there be a drastic difference? For example, I don't think I have a anemo character strong enough to put on the party. I have Bennett as healer, Albedo as support, Razor as sub-dps-ish, and I'm planning to perhaps replace him with Hutao who is currently my dps. Would that work, or is energy recharge too important?
