  1. While I do agree that kokomi is great, I'm not gonna pull for her when we're about to get literally flooded (pun intended) with new hydro units (Fontaine). Really bad timing for her. Otherwise I would have used my guaranteed on her on her incoming banner

  2. I only have Venti.. 5* / Fischl (1.0 Account)
Started at 3.7 ~ missed Kazuha..

    10 Pulls away from guaranteed
Should i still aim for her?
    or Hydro Archon/Raiden?

  3. It’s funny I got kokomi while trying to pull rosaria on her release I was pulling for Hu Tao the next patch so I’m like it’s gonna be a while before she comes in handy for me but when she did low key became my favorite character

  5. No. What Kokomi offers is healing and decent hydro application. She has good healing, decent AOE hydro application and basically no damage when you just use her for her jellyfish, and be aware that her jellyfish feels terrible to use against mobile targets like consecrated beasts. When you use her on-field, you get amazing healing, a bit of additional hydro application, and decent Ocean Hued Clam damage. If you want great hydro application, good damage, good buffing, or a ton of comfort, she is not a good character for you. Ayato's damage is always better. Xingqiu and Yelan offer great single-target damage without needing field time. Childe offers amazing on-field damage if you know how to use him. In terms of hydro application, Ayato and Xingqiu are basically just better choices in vape, bloom, burgeon, or hyperbloom teams. Xingqiu has the best single-target hydro application in the game by far and does it all from off-field, and also has some mobile AOE hydro application from his rainswords. Ayato's burst has comparable hydro application to jellyfish, but when he is on-field, his AOE hydro application is much much better than Kokomi's. If you want buffing, Mona is easily the best hydro buffer, but Yelan also has a decent damage buff. Bennett isn't hydro offers a 1,000 ATK attack buff and heals, so if you only need a healer, or can switch out another character for Xingqiu, he may benefit your team more than Kokomi. Also if you just want comfort, Zhongli is easily the best option for that since his shield offers interrupt resistance and protection from one-hit KOs. Xingqiu is actually another good consideration for comfort since he offers damage reduction, interrupt resistance, and some healing, so while he doesn't heal nearly as much, you'll take less damage, and his damage reduction synergizes with shielders and Beidou's damage reduction, the combo making you basically unkillable. If you want a hydro healer and Barbara isn't working for you, the answer is Kokomi. But don't expect anything from her other than healing and decent hydro application because that is all she offers. If you want damage or great hydro application, look to the other hydro options. And if you haven't leveled Xingqiu, level Xingqiu. He's easily the best character in the game for non-whales.

  7. I recently managed to complete a 4 piece OH Clam set. The most notable piece is a 5 star goblet with "Hydro Damage Bonus". Anyone seeing that will instantly think "Barbara".
Or Kokomi–if I manage to get her from her upcoming banner.

  8. The best opinion that I have seen over the past year, I have exactly the same thoughts, only with her hydroreactions cause pleasure. I need another Kokomi in the second half of the abyss, I hope a character with the same abilities will come out in Fontaine.

  9. Im pretty sure I wont regret it. Id rather save for baizu. The only hydro I have build now is Barbara.
The next are going to be hydro main character and archon. Not saying kokomi is bad. But she doesnt fit my team.

  11. WAIT A SECOND I just realized something can we technically take on Pierro and the other upper rank harbingers because during the inazuma arc we literally faced off against will technically Ei then ya hi miko pulls up and gave us “plot Amor” so if we think about it we can pump slap Pierro and the rest of the weakling fatui harbors

  12. Remember when people constantly hated on her because she couldn't crit and the shield meta was preferred for those who couldn't just DPS steamroll everything? I missed her during her debut because she was sandwiched between Ayaka and Raiden Shogun, but I got her during her first rerun and she's remained a staple on my teams since. I run her with a 4-piece Clam Shell, but I would like to try a 4-piece Tenacity on her someday if I can get another decent set (BDZ has my good set now). Kokomi is easily among my top-5 used characters since she joined my roster.
