  1. 8:39 ok no, I disagree. Why would you not touch his constellations if it is to his benefit? I know nerfing is out of the question cause gacha, but buffing him and his Constellations is a real option imo. Not great for F2P, but they "care" for the Whales, so why would they not buff something Whales have Access to easiest?

    The only reason they won't touch it would be to sell other Characters better.

I'm trying to think carefully if I want to pull for xiao, cuz I lack of main dps units and rn I main rosaria until I get a char that I really like (Yeah don't ask why I main a support char), By all of the issues that he got, is he still worth pulling and will he benefit me with abyss and lvling up?

  4. Xiao needs a dedicated 4-piece artifact set, a better 5* weapon, and we need new support characters that buff plunge attacks, buff anemo damage whether that’s resistance shred or straight up buff anemo damage done by your characters.

  5. I hate dark sasuke so I don't really mind lol
    He's just bugged but his kit is not more confused than others of the same time.
    Just stop comparing him with post 2.0 characters, even post 1.5 .
    Every characters before 1.4 has not that great cons. Don't talk about Xiao ones and forget about Diluc or Qiqi ones xD

  6. He will get new stuff eventually so that his re-run generates more profit. If Characters like Albedo and Kokomi get their own Sets ans signature Weapons it is not unlikely for Xiao who is a very unique character to get the same treatment.

  8. MH may not change cons. but they could add, Xiao's c6 should also activate after plunging twice vs single target
    C2 could work always, not just off-field
    C4 could add atk% based off hp lost

    A lock-on enemies could fix his E

  12. as a huge xiao main as in, i'm still building him slowly to perfection I'm pretty satisfied with him and a lot of co op players praise his numbers (no food buffs or bennett so it's realistic numbers) I got lucky and got his spear back in February on the weapon banner and its probably what made him more solid.

    as for a new artifact set I would love to have more options but seriously doubt it would be as good substats wise compared to what i have right now, I would still try it.

    i just think mihoyo knows xiao without certain limitations would be extremely broken they nerfed him to make him more balanced but then again ganyu exists 🥴 so there's that.

  20. Mate the game ain't that serious some people like him for is lore and his damage his very good still. he's not a mess. This really sounds like you don't like xiao which is ok but comparing old character to the newest is not a worthy argument in my opinion. Xiao will get a weapon that will help his states at some point same with artifact mybe. The fact that he's a very old character and still is more fun then some of the latest character really says something.

I'll give my 2 cents and say that xiao SHOULDN'T get a new artifact set simply because the months I and a lot of other people spent on farming for his artifacts would feel wasted, plus it's going to take that same long amount of time to get a good set of whatever new artifacts mihoyo would give him. A 4 star support would be perfect since for many people xiao's only supports are the same stale combination of Zhongli, Albedo or Bennett (or c4 jean if you're a whale), the new Inazuma 4 stars are already highly specialized supports anyway so why not have a character that practically only buffs a single playstyle on a single character. I've played Xiao since the beginning and even went through the hell that's the first homa banner just to get a decent weapon for him, he carried me through a lot of the game but without proper support he's no better than my Ningguang.

  26. Hi random question about Xiao:
    I don’t have any gladiator pieces that I’m not using on someone else, but figured it’s much easier to farm for shimenawa’s reminiscence and it should be fine since they have the same 2-piece buff (I’m doing 2 gladiator, 2 viridescent). Is this ok or is there a problem I’m missing?
