  1. Very interesting video. I really love your theory videos because they are genuienly entertaining, not too long and drawn out and are so informative. Keep doing what you doing. ❤👏

  2. I personally believe that the purpose of the Archon war and the division of the gnoses was to give humans protectors while the Primordial one, a Progenitor God hailing from beyond the stars took their power nap. The gnoses were given to the winners of the Archon war, the ones who showed their combat prowess and their resolve to protect their region. Not only that, but each original archon we've seen so far cares deeply about humanity and their ambitions. The Archon war was for Celestia to see which of the hundreds, or even thousands of Gods could protect the people. The Weaker ones would be purged of flee, while the ones who survived were rewarded with power and status. I do believe that the secondary reason of the War was to subtract from the God race as well, because of their numbers and strength, they could prove to be predatory to Humankind. As well as the fact that if the gnoses were given out before the war, the rewarded gods, if killed, would destroy the divine seat of their respective element. …Thank you for coming to my ted talk

  3. I think Celestia might just be a fallen heaven or a failed heaven. In the past prior to the age of gods, there seems to have been an angelic structure with different floors of heaven, with the Seelie at the bottom rung and the moon sisters higher up the ladder. I think this fell and once, and this was the catalyst for the current order as we know it possibly.

  4. Egeria was probably tailor-made for the role that’s why she didn’t have to fight any other god. I don’t remember where but it is written that she was made by the primordial one? From materials entirely from teyvat so she could be the host of the heart of the primordial sea, so it wouldn’t be reincarnated into a dragon, that’s why after egeria died neuvillette was born because he is/has the heart of the primordial sea, iirc. So it was basically nepotism

  5. The moon sisters thing seems to be relatively recent in history bcus in the webcomic Venti is already Archon but he's wondering why everything seems so quiet and there's three shadowy figures shown.
From the Fontaine books and Furina sword desc it seems like they were freaking out about erosion, "original sin", and the dissolving prophecy before Egeria even became an Archon and before even the gnosis was created because it only switches to "Queen of All Waters" halfway through the second story of the sword desc and never used in the first. Time loop is confirmed in Furina's character stories which could explain this somewhat. It also implies that Egeria is the one who turned Remus nuts in the first place.
Imo the Fox, Kitten, Monster story is also about the 3rd Descender and why the gnosis was created. "I will become the new moon, the answer to everything" The gnosis is fulfilling the same purpose as whatever the moon was giving before which might be granting wishes/giving "time"/cleansing dev
But also there's a reoccurring theme of "thieves" so maybe it's all because someone stole something?

  6. I assume there's supposed to be a lot more gods we never hear about that played a minor role and were beaten – like Havria.

I don't think it makes any sense to interpret the Deshret lines as Celestia offering him a gnosis.

And contra Nahida I don't think the "laws" caused the wars, at least not directly. Rather the gods ambitions were the cause. They fought because they wanted to dominate. Havria was an exception and Zhongli notes that her strategy didn't save her. Now you could say the "laws" created the gods to be ambitious that way. Had the gods just agreed not to fight they wouldn't have needed to fight. Simple as that.

  7. So we know who started all this right the heavenly principles. They fought against an unknown terf. Won. The dragons or jelly. They tried to use some unknown power to win. They may have weakened the principles. But still lost. Then the second and third who came is such a blur to me since we don’t know what exactly happen. Sounds like some betrayel stuff happened to me man.

  8. I have a feeling the genshin will end
The 2 siblings will fight the celestia and they wont be able to defeat them neither the achons can but the siblings will ask the peoples and gods of teyvat to lend their strength (just like goku using spirit bomb)

  9. I have a gut feeling that the original god of teyvat ,aka primordial one or shades is long dead or conserving energy. And at the end of the game ,we(travelers) will fight heavenly principle along side primordial one. I assume primordial one becames our friend and helps us to fight susty. It is also possible that paimon is primordial one. Or a shade of primordial one.

  10. Decarabian wasn't a bad ruler, he foresaw the bloodshed that the Archon war would bring and so he turned his kingdom into an inpenetrable fortress to protect his people, but over generations, his people forgot that the walls of storm were supposed to keep other nations out and thought they were to keep them in.

  11. The most probable explanation as to why the Archon war happened is that Celestia wanted to weed out the Weak and Malevolent Gods who wish ill upon Humanity. We can infer this based on which Gods did and didn't become Archons.

Andrius didn't become an Archon even though he fought Decarabian fir the throne because as he puts it, he only cared for wolves and those abandoned by society, not for all humanity.
While Venti was the only Deity left who cared for Humans' well being, so he became an Archon.

Havria and Guizhong were both Benevolent Gods, but they were very weak, so they didn't.
While Zhongli was strong from the start, he didn't become the Archon until after he learned to care for Humanity from Guizhong, not until he stopped fighting other Gods for power and started fighting them to protect the Harbour he founded with Guizhong did he become fit for Archonship.

  12. You're the only who will know who the Three Descenders will be based on… I've read the webtoon since the game came out and this flew by my head.
It's so convenient that Barbatos only mentioned Three Primeval Ones. What gave it away is the 3rd Descender.

1st Descender: Giant Ymir, "The brain of the Giant Ymir became the clouds." – Barbatos

2nd Descender: Pangu, "Gave his blood to form rivers and the seas." – Barbatos

3rd Descender: Purusha, "The Gods sacrificed Purusha and cut his body to pieces… And fashioned all living beings with those parts." – Barbatos
