So, version 5.2 will be here in less than a month, and we’ve got some updates and changes to the banners. In this video, I’m going to discuss all the details about the upcoming version 5.2 to 5.5 banners, their changes, and the character reruns happening in these banners, along with some news about the Harbingers banners and future updates.

I want to talk about the 5.1 second-phase banner four-star units. They’re releasing Kuki and Xingqiu with Nahida, so if you’re looking for a good team, HoYo gave you a whole Hyperbloom team you can pull in this banner—it’s so good you won’t regret it.

Okay, now let’s begin with the 5.2 banners and their changes. In this patch, the new characters will be Chasca and Ororon.

Chasca’s kit is very interesting, Chasca will power creep Wanderer; her “flying” duration is already longer than Wanderer’s, and possibly, she will also have damage resistance.

HoYo will release Ororon, a new Electro bow user. There were rumors going around that the CN community is demanding HoYo upgrade Ororon into a five-star because the ratio between male and female characters in Genshin is quite large.

We’ll be getting an event in Natlan featuring our new ‘grandson and granny.’ So yeah, no Venti rerun if you were excited about that.

The latest news, though, coming from a very reliable source, HomDGCat, confirmed that we’re getting Zhongli and Neuvillette in the same banner lineup for version 5.2’s second phase.

The four-stars will be Ororon, Heizou, and Fishell, but we don’t yet know which banner they’ll be in. So, that’s pretty much what’s confirmed for the 5.2 banners!

Now, the super exciting patch everyone is waiting for, the 5.3 patch, will be the Pyro Archon’s patch.

Now, with Mawuika, HoYo will surely run a popular Pyro character, and yes, I’m talking about the Arlecchino.

Alongside Shenhe, we’ll be welcoming our new granny, Citlali. This patch will not only conclude the Natlan Archon quest but also coincide with the Chinese New Year, so it’s heavily rumored that 5.3 will feature Liyue characters and a Liyue-focused Chronicled Wish banner.

the possible units for this Chronicled Wish are Xiao, Ganyu, Baizhu, Qiqi, Keqing, and, of course, you can take Childe and Yelan with a grain of salt. Yelan will get a skin in upcoming patches.

after Citlali, there are two missing numbers. My speculation is that those characters are Ifa and Madam Ping. However, Madam Ping will likely not be in the 2024 Lantern Rite patch,

With her, the possibility of getting a Chlorinde rerun has increased

As for the last character ID, it’s for Iansan, so she might appear in this patch. A while back, we got some news from Iris, and before you leave the video, I know Iris isn’t very reliable, but for the sake of argument, let’s just take it with a sack of salt. Iris mentioned she might become a standard banner character. What do you think about this? Let me know in the comments! With this, we might get our first Natlan rerun character; my guess is Mualani. Some time ago, we got some info about the prison girl, so keep an eye out for that!

Now that the discussion about the 5.2 to 5.5 banners is complete, I have some news about the Harbingers. As I mentioned at the beginning, it’s not great news if you’re looking forward to them. Firstly, for my fellow Harbinger wanters, they’ve released character IDs, which are like serial numbers for when characters will release. As of now, there are no character IDs for any Harbingers, at least at the time I’m recording this. So, for now, we can say that there won’t be any Harbinger releases, and we likely won’t get them until patch 5.5.

Another update is that there’s a new rumor about Capitano,

As for the other Harbingers, like Columbina and Sandrone, we might even see Columbina as a weekly boss.
