Version 4.3 Banners have just been revealed, and as mentioned in my previous video, it turns out that half of the Reruns were indeed incorrect.
Unfortunately, Albedo and Itto have been swapped out from the banners. The information was also verified by uncle SYP. However, it is still marked as STC. Interestingly, this is the second time uncles have been uncertain about rerun banners since version 3.5. It seems Ayaka might be under some sort of curse.
The new banners for Version 4.3 are said to be, Navia and Ayaka in Phase 1. Raiden Shogun, and Yoimiya in Phase 2.
There is no information about 4 star characters yet, but the weapon banners are likely to showcase. Navia’s signature weapon, Considered Judgment, and Ayaka’s Mistsplitter reforged in Phase 1. For Phase 2, expect Raiden Shogun’s signature polearm, Engulfing Lightning, and Yoimiya’s Thundering Pulse.
While the banners can be considered 70-80% confirmed, due to the inconsistency of confirmation and the content in Patch 4.3, there’s room for doubt. Reruns have typically been linked to content, and both, Ayaka & Yoimiya fulfill this condition. However, Arataki Itto is also likely to appear due to Beetle Brawl Version 2, adding to the confusion.
So, Until the final confirmation, I urge you not to take these banners as 100% confirmed.

  1. "Considered Judgement" Level 90
    Base Attack – 674 , Sub Stat – Crit rate 22.05%
    Description – Increases ATK by 20%. When characters in your party obtain Elemental Shards from Crystallize reactions, the equipping character will gain 1 Seal, increasing Elemental Skill DMG by 18%. The Seal lasts for 15s, and the equipper may have up to 2 Seals at once. All of the equipper's Seals will disappear 0.2s after their Elemental Skill deals DMG.

  8. This is such non-sense, I have been waiting and saving up for itto for over 4 months, just for him to get replaced by Ayaka and Yoimiya, the problem is that Ayaka had her rerun only 6 patches ago, meanwhile itto had his 8 patches ago, almost a year.

  9. I really hope this ain't true.
    I lost the 50 : 550 on the Neuvilette banner, so I'm guaranteed to get an on banner 5 – star. My plan was to get Raiden and pulling for Navia since I wanted to get them both. However, this banner order would totally screw me over! Plus, I had to skip on Neuvilette, Wriothesley, Furina and a possible 4.2 Phase 2 candidate… don't really want to miss out on Navia as well…

    So I really hope that Navia and Raiden will be availabe in the same phase or that Navia will be in Phase 2 instead of Phase 1 (probably won't happen, because they always put new 5 star characters in phase 1)

Itto`s banner was not during the last Beetle Battle event , that means he wont be here as well , for Albedo he is getting the Eula treatment , he is a strange character his skill scales with def and his burst scales with attack, best in slot/signature weapon was from an event long time ago,he is so called dead character ( compared to the meta ), sorry to Albedo lovers but this is the truth ❤

  28. Ayaka def cursed. I've been wanting her since her 2nd rerun, and EVERYTIME they put her on a hype banner. It's so sad. I will never have a main cryo DPS until cryo region probably.
