  5. Hi! Are you residing in China? Do you happen to know if there is any restrictions in buying this outside of China?

    I actually ordered this on taobao in December last year and it was shipped to a third party’s address in China before sending it to my country (Brunei). I bought other items as well and they arrived two months later except for this illustration book 🙁 and the items which I received were wrapped in foam instead of the official genshin box.

    I tried to contact the official genshin store and the delivery person in China but they said it’s not their responsibility. Tried to ask the third party if they received the package as it was in the foam instead of box but they didn’t get back to me too.
    Really wish I could buy this book but it’s expensive elsewhere ;(
