  1. Man, I love Sumeru so much, but I have some melancholy, sad feelings about Genshin nowadays, as I stopped playing around February because of life becoming too complicated (wasn't really a choice) and missed the Parade of Providence (now I also missed the summer event !! What am I doing ;_;)… I've been playing since 2 months after the game came out, and never missed any major story events, but now it's making me sad that I missed multiple months of Sumeru, and more opportunities to get attached to it….. I feel like I'll be doing Sumeru stuff now for some time, to get rid of the feeling of having "lost time", despite Fontaine just releasing, even though I won't have the sense of community I always did while discovering an update at release 🙁

Sorry for this long rant, I'm just really prone to nostalgia, and I feel some weird, crushing pain of "missed Genshin memories" while this year had the best nation…. I feel guilty for not making time to play at least a few times a week, to keep the emotional bond up and not fall into the trap of nostalgia, because I knew I'd end up feeling that way if I gave in to my hardships and stopped playing

  2. Sumeru was such an awesome experience in my opinion. From the exploration, music, scenery and all that all the way to the stories it gave. Sure, it had its own flaws, but they don't beat the bright side of it. I honestly wish I could go back in time and appreciate Sumeru way more than I did

  3. Never realized that I've been playing this game for almost a year. I started playing Genshin right at the start of the Sumeru update and it's been a wonderful journey traveling throughout Teyvat but now… I'm not yet ready for Fontaine cause I still haven't finished the Sumeru archon quest ahhahahahahahahahhahaha.

  4. most disappointing thing in sumeru was dehya for me. i was hyped for here since i saw her for the first time and then they ruined her. but other than that sumeru is amazing

  5. Time will come and you will forget how I pissed Raiden by saying Quaso – Nahida

Me: THE QUASO SHALL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN

If nobody got the joke there was one meme video of Nahida where she's pissing Raiden off by saying Quaso😂😂😂😂

  6. When i first entered Sumeru city i was on a call with my friend and i was so excited because the whole place reminds me of home. People can say whatever they want to say but hoyoverse nailed the cultural representation in sumeru and i loved it so much. I'm not ready to say goodbye but I'm still very excited for Fontaine

  7. Sumero will be still the best Nation until full story of Fontaine reveal and I'm so exited to it. Sumero for me was a high end upgrade to genshin story and characters, and music too, it was just so perfect from sad to happy moments, I really feel connected to every character of them more than all nations before ( just connected to the top characters only not all of them like Sumero even most of the NPCs are very good writing). That's my view on Sumero it was really long story, but really worth and perfect.. wish Fontaine bring something like this level or higher.

  8. Oh man, I'm gonna miss Sumeru. 🙁

But I'm not too sad cause now we getting Fontaine to explore, and from what I've seen in so far in the archon quest and world quests it'll be just as magical! 😀

  9. I actually felt emotional the moment we left Sumeru from the Caravan Ribat to start the Fontaine story.. still my personal best region and story so far. it was sad, full of tragedy and breakdown, full of moments to lose yourself in the suffering that others faced.. just peak of dramatic and tragic moments XD

  10. I'm playing the game right now and gonna watch the vid after I'm done.
But I want to say that I think that neuvillette is the dragon.
Let's see if I'm correct. Now I shall go back to play. I just felt the need to state it somewhere:')
