I managed to get dong Li c0. Yang c1. Noelle max constellation
Dong Li gave a Petra gladiator set for now until I can switch it out for the health set in the future to switch with lumine geo eventually.
Still wish I could get a prototype Lance to get a better polearm for dong Li.
Waver paid back his multi I used on him with bond grails. Soon I'll make him gave me back quarts haha

woa so many lvl 90 characters.. mora feels so scarce so i only ever get characters that i like to lvl 90 lol.
the game seems like it's suggesting memory of dust for yanfei since it's on rate up during her banner and she has a shield in one of her constellations but imo i don't think it's best in slot for anyone. solar pearl is probably better for ningguang

Pretty sure almost anyone can use Memory of Dust if you just have a shielder in the team. I'd imagine Yanfei would make pretty good use out of it, since she is quite a selfish DPS, staying on the field a lot.
