Furina might be my favorite character in the game now, I just love how different she is โจ

There's so many questions in this trailer. Has the prophecy already come true and did furina just created fontaine as an illusion? And how is she trying to deceive fate itself? I'm so excited about what will be the plot twist of the archon quest. So many questions but i definitely love it.
one thing i'm feeling is that she played everyone like a fool and Neuvillette will be taking high amounts of EM damage, can't wait for what may really happen though (2-3 days left)
Imagine if Noelle will be Furina's best partner wouldn't it be funny?

This teaser gives me a few ideas to the question I have since 4.0 โ Why would she be the only one immune to the Primodial Water?
1. She is an elemental being in nature, like an Oceanid, thus she's immune to Hydro.
2. The (residue) celestial power in the gnosis counters the abyssal power/influence in the Sea.
3. She is immune because the prophecy is absolute 'fate'. If the prophecy says she lived then she lived, which I think may be the reason Furina would want to sacrifice herself in the first place.
Anyway, I have around 160 pulls rn, so barely enough for a guarantee. I'm more worried if I'll have enough for Arleccino and Sigewinne after this ๐๐
I mean, Black widow got a solo film after her death in End Game, just sayin.
This makes me wonder if Ashikai's theory was correct. the flood already happened and all the fontaine people are water droplets. It would be interesting because they teased that fontaine people can have kids when they wish luck at the fountain. It is such a weird thing to point out.
Actually, according to Zajef77, a Furina mono-hydro + Noel team could be viable, Since Furina's burst boosts overall dmg and Noel provides just enough healing.
I got a theory:
"deceive fate first"
I wonder if thats her plan all along. Bcoz I just realized, part of the prophecy is her "crying alone in her throne", is she planning to sacrifice herself to stop the prophecy from coming true?
We also got a hint from Neuvi that he needs the power of the archon (gnosis) to return to him so he will be strong enough to stop the calamity.
Surely its not that simple. I remember back in Zhongli quest, we learned that killing a "god" is not safe at all. When the god of salt was killed, her powers exploded and turn the people into salt statues.
And then there's the Oratrice and the power of Indemnitium it produces. Its purpose is still unknown. In the trailer, the Oratrice decided to give her the "death sentence"
My theory: Furina knew that only Neuvi can stop the calamity, and only by her "death" can Neuvi regain his lost powers. But killing a god is still dangerous.
Shes gonna need something that can negate the effects of power that will burst once shes dead (purpose of Indemnitium?)
So her plan is to commit a crime so serious that the Oratrice will deemed it worthy of "death sentence" (Maybe thats the reason why she been acting happy go lucky all this time, making promises she has plans to save Fontaine, and then revealing she hasnt resulting in committing a crime of "deceiving her people")
Now to exact the death sentence, maybe they're gonna need power of Indemnitium to do it. Finally, passing the gnosis to Neuvi to stop the flood.
2:10 Unless that Story Quest turns out to be a backstory quest for her given how little we've interacted with her aside from the trials.
Or assuming she does die in the AQ we may go and tamper again with Irminsul to bring her back or change events that lead up to her death. And if we do so, then that may explain Nicole's (and Mona's?) appearance/presence in the AQ.
This is the The End of Fontaine, be prepared for Rebuild of Fontaine(1.0-3.0+1.0)
I want C6 Her someday just because I love her gameplay with Summon ,maybe pull some copy of her cons every rerun for me who low spender XD
