House of the Hearth is an Orphanage Organization overseen by Arlecchino for the purpose of training and later recruiting children as spies and agents of the Fatui. It was first mentioned during a Worldquest in Inazuma involving a Fatui agent named Lyudochka who was disguised as a shrine maiden of the Narukami Shrine (specifically the one that gives out the fortune slips). This quest was where the name "Arlecchino" was first mentioned, even before "the winter night's lazzo" trailer came out

It's quite rare to find someone that vibes (if not bear Paimon) with Paimon like me. I too have had my share of problems with her dumbing down stuff and repeating lines but I just interpret/see it as her really showing her seriously taking in the information and knowledge and being verbal/vocal with it (keep in mind, chars in this game really goes quite too infodumpy sometimes when explaining, recapping, or contextualizing stuff 😂).
Maybe as someone who's a total weeb and anime/manga consumer, I may have just really grew to love Paimon's character archetype. I sometimes see Puck (from Berserk, read it pls it's a masterpiece but is quite dark and deals with some real F up themes and stuff) in her.
