This run took 1,729 resets before I had to stop. Unfortunately, I have to settle for a theoretical 9-star clear, as mentioned in the community post. Iβve never pushed myself this far for a video before, so I hope it doesnβt cause burnout. Previously, the highest number of resets I needed was 548 for 4.2 Spiral Abyss, so 1,729 is an enormous increase.

Important Note
As mentioned in the community post, I unfortunately had to stop after 1,727 resets to avoid burnout and focus on my M.S. thesis. Instead of showing a continuous 12-1 run, I'll present a theoretical 3-star clear by combining footage from 12-1-1 and 12-1-2, which together have a combined time of around 2 minutes and 56-57 seconds.
I had to stop before it took a toll on my mental health, so I hope you all understand. Thanks for your continued support!

1700+ resets is insane, would you say the main reason behind it is enemy positioning/attacking RNG? Or is it easy to make gameplay mistakes with this group of units?
This is the first abyss I haven't been able to clear in a while, not even close to the 7 minute mark lol. Also bunny dancing on top of the weakened boss at 5:50 is so funny

You are amazing, I myself needed 206 resets for 12-1 with my 5 stars. There is is so much RNG involved: if drakes get resistance before you kill them you might as well reset, if samachurl stuns you with his vines you might as well reset, if lector doesn't stagger and gets pushed to another fast enough you might as well reset, if they get separated during shield phase you, if serpent knight do random stuff etc… THIS IS INSANE CHAMBER. Congrats on clearing, even a theoretical clear is impressive
