Since I have Mavuika, I plan to pull for Chlorinde. Her playstyle is so incredibly fun!
I think you were kind of downplaying Clorinde and Mavuika in the character discussion. Clorinde should definitely not be overlooked. Just like Arlecchino she will be good when invested into and the massive elephant in the room is Mavuika is here and did powercreep Arlechinno who also wants an expensive team to reach her full potential.
Edit: It's worth mentioning Clorinde just got that free event sword which is really good as well as Lan Yan who refreshes her shield with normal attacks (C2) which lines up with Clorinde and the event weapons passive.
Can’t wait to get Clorinde and pair her with Mavuika in my overload team.
For arli c2r1 what is the strongest team, overload(chevr, Bennet , fishcl) or vape (yelan, Bennet …)?
Since I Love Arlecchino… I've skipped the very tempting Mavuika and Citlali banner to ensure she's C6. Been saving since Neuvi reun last year.
I don't care who's stronger. I'm committed to my nonsense. 😂
Best 4 stars in a banner you shouldnt touch – bond of life is a set that pushes you to farm just for 1 character the other set there is not that good – arle needs a good weapon and polearms are rlly hard to get good ones and the weapon banner is not the best since their weapons are specific as well
I'm gonna pull clorinde simply because I don't use ayaka anymore and I can get better usage of her weapon on clorinde I feel
Have to disagree about value on the weapon banner as it's only worth it if you have or intend to get both characters. When it comes to weapon banner value for DPS it's a better proposition if the DPS's weapon is paired with either a support or an relatively good generic weapon. Having two niche weapons together is typically bad if you only want one of the characters.
For example, in 4.7 when Clorinde and Alhaitham's more generic weapon were together would have been a good banner to pull for Clorinde's signature. Mavuika's weapon banner is also quite good value at the moment since Citlali's signature is good for the upcoming Lanyan who will be available to pick for free in lantern rite.

Well I skipped mavuika for arlecchino simply cause I like the character more lol and well she is strong.
Obviously, going all in for Arlecchino and her weapon for my Yelan team or any cryo aura characters (Don't need Citlali for now but I need Xilonen first when she reruns) plus getting c2 Lanyan shield is on par with Zhongli's. Also, just need 4 copies left for my chevreuse as well. Definitely, will clear content on the abyss with this one!
Have to skip both and wait for Furina
Well I got c2r1 Mavuika and c0r1 Citlali and I am not much of a fan of Arlecchino she is an easy skip for me. As for Clorinde I already have a very powerful Keqing that can delete stuff in floor 12 abyss and a c6 Yae Miko for electro damage carries so Clorinde would need a LOT of investment in order to make her worth it for me and thats too much IMO so I wont try for her either.
Since I am at 0 pity now and on a 50/50 I feel I should be safe to go up to 40 pity to see if I can get Lanyan/Chevreuse cons. I will likely do it on Clorinde's side so if I do get her it is 40 wish investment or less. If I lose a 50/50 that early then it is a win. I set myself a hard limit as I know all to well wishing for 4 stars can be a trap.
Looking at these comments makes is clear why so many complain about banners like the Mavuika/Citlali one. You all are so wasteful. Chasing pointless constellations and mid characters. No wonder you run out of free wishes and cry. Pulling Clorinde for overload teams? Seriously? If you enjoy her then thats cool but don't thrn complain about the current dual banner like it would have made a difference if they swapped the phase 1 and 2 characters. You still wouldn't have had the wishes to get what you want, which is everything for free.
And I'm sorry of you pull for meta Clorinde is a mid character and no amount of arguing is going to change that.
I was planning to pull for arlecchino weapon but got baited to pull for Mauvika banner and got citlati weapon I'm fucked with guarenteed just 10 days into banner ends
basically, if you dont have xilonen/citlali + a good greatsword, and like arlecchino, just skip mavuika and go for arlecchino, her preformance in that situation would generally be better and, imo, more fun, burst frontload dmg is even less fun than neuvillette for me

I was debating spending my 29k jades and 60 fates for a chance to get Mavuika and her signature as well as Citlali and her signature (if i'm lucky)
and it's kinda absurd that she needs Citlali AND Xilonen to be at her top most performance (as of now)
edit: The 4* lineup for Mavuika and Citlali is pretty poop also so pulling on phase 2 is REALLY smart

id actually try to get c1 of both (because chevy is in the banner).
in my testings pre-5.3, clorinde teams get faster clears in most abyss chambers.
she has access to both furina and nahida. the premium supports of all electro dps.
