In this video, I mainly wanted to go over some of the things that I take issue with in Genshin Impact, from the imbalance between Pyro and other elements to characters like Ganyu and how they compare to other five-stars.

  1. There are so many problems , like pyro is just overpowered at this point. Being a pyro user just skyrockets your potential. From resonance , to supports like Diona and Xingqiu who amp ur damage.
    They need to introduce serious balancing , or mechanically make the other elements viable.

    Hydro resonance is bad , hydro is under represented .

    But at this point I just want to explore , and get story progression more than anything else. Since the content itself is very easy. But I wanna go to Inazuma and learn abt the Bakufu.

  2. I can definitely see where you're coming from, and if I was as dedicated to the game, I'd probably have the same problems.
    I guess for me it's not that big of a deal if you're just playing casually 1-2 hours a day.

  3. As a razor main I feel extremely neglected in this game … I had to get hu tao just to clear floor 11on abyss… And this banner I c6d my fish and barb whithout even seeing 1 copy of rosaria…😭

  4. Mihoyo isn't interested in fleshing out the game. Mihoyo is only interested in making MONEY. Why do you think most of the 'challenging' content in this game is a combination of bullet sponge enemies and a timer? It's a gear check. It doesn't need skill to beat, it makes power creep characters relevant and everyone can take the shortcut of beating that content by swiping their credit card. It is a brilliant concept to keep people spending, and it is so easy to up the stakes so people spend for the next, more powerful chars. We're already seeing this in Abyss 1.5.

  5. Ew, I don't want more 4 stars. I'd rather them keep pumping out 5 stars. I'd rather them rework the banner system and have banners divided by where the characters come from. Or an element type banner that changes every week. Etc. But I don't need more 4 stars. I have them all and only use 5.

  6. Lol you got my sub with that blacksmith joke. But on a serious note I think it'll be hard to introduce 4 stars that feel impactful because the original cast is just so good. Unless MiHoYo is willing to introduction broken levels of power creep it's going to be difficult to make characters better than Bennett, Xiangling, Xingqiu, and Fischl. I guess you could say that the new characters don't have to be "better" but if they're not as good what is the point of using them? Whales will follow meta and ftp will be stingy with their resources because they saving for Ayaka, Scaramouche, Baal or whatever the leak of the month is.

  7. I know its late to reply here, but from a marketing and developer's standpoint producing new 4 stars every patch or every othet patch would make the game feel more rushed. Like as of now, they are rumours that the GI team in mihoyo have no clue who they alot banners for in the oncoming patches. And as you would think that not only the whales are the only ones who spend on this game. I think that a huge person of the community are light to moderate spenders and not everyone could get the 4* they want in just one banner and cycling the past 4* would help them get that constellations they want. Imagine if there are so much 4* in the game you would have a problem getting the ones you want and producing characters that fast would make them underwhelming or unbalanced. In the end of the day, GI is still a gacha game and Free to play to boot, you should not consider this game as a triple A title because it is definitely not. I am not protecting this game but it's just asking a gatcha game to be Breath of the wild.

  8. New 5* – Rerun 5* + new 4* – new 5* – rerun 5* + new 4 star. this is how I think this should work. And of 4* "reruns" should be more fair to every character in the game
