First, you just have to unlock the Tecoloapan Bay map. by completing The Mystery Tecoloapan Beach Quest. After completing the quest. it will automatically complete the first puzzle for The finishing touch achievement.

I did everything and still it doesn't give me the treasure chest, I have completed all the requirements, the fog, the murals, the island, but nothing

Where's the location for " beneath the cliffs"? Is it underground
For those of you who did not get the achievement nor chest after solving all the puzzles, I read the tablet at the East in night time and the one at West in day time. Go back, sit and talk to the graffiti to trigger the cut scene again to get achievement and chest.
Edit : I did re-start the game before reading the tablet.
I'll leave it to those who encounter a dead end after completing all the puzzles
If the graffiti refuses to give you the chest, go through all the puzzle locations (the pursuit puzzle didn't count for me) and come back again
Anyone who is not getting achievement even after completing everything. The solution is just revisit all the three places and your problem is solved. Also tap on the stone tablet while revisiting.
