Version 4.1 is going to be far more interesting than the current patch, and there are two main reasons for this. Not these two. One is continuation of the arkon quest chapter 4, and the second reason is that genshin impact will be celebrating itās anniversary on 28th September.
Genshin Impact is all set to celebrate its third anniversary in September and to commemorate this, Hoyoverse has officially announced the organizing of the third edition of Melodies of an Endless Journey online concert.
The web event will feature several musicians and pop music groups playing official soundtracks from the game. The concert will be livestreamed on Genshin Impactās Twitch and YouTube channels, so you can watch it for free.
Thatās good, but where are our precious primogems? Well, about that. If you have played genshin during last two anniversaries, then i donāt need to remind you about what happened, because thatās not very memorable thing for hoyoverse. But if youāre new, then you should know, that players were very very mad about the rewards.
During the first anniversary, after a huge drama, players received a total of 1,600 Primogems in the mail and some other rewards. Iām not including the 7 days login event, because that wasnāt the part of the anniversary rewards, it was part of the version 2.1 update.
During the second anniversary too, we received 1600 primogems through mail and some other rewards like 4 fragile resin etc. We received a pet as well, but that was the part of the event in version 3.1.
And here we are again, with the third anniversary. Donāt get your hopes up, because theyāll be shattered. Hoyoverse isnāt giving anything other than 1600 primogems. There will be some good rewards but those will be a part of version 4.1 update. No free 5 star characters or weapons will be given. However youāll receive a free four star weapon, and a wind glider from events.
Now letās talk about the version 4.1 banners. With the release of the next patch, two new five star characters, wriothesley and neuvillette will also be released. And the other two empty slots will be filled by rerun banners.
In the first phase, neuvillette should get his first banner, and the character who will be accompanying him, is huutao. Huutao will be getting her next rerun after version 3.4, and many players are eagerly waiting, including me.
In the second phase wriothesley will be getting his own banner, and he will be accompanied by venti. Venti is getting his rerun after a very long time. In fact, his last rerun banner was back in version 3.1 with cyno if i remember correctly.
These banners are almost confirmed, and i will tell you why. I got two DMCAs in the past, one was in version 3.7 for predicting the rerun banners of 3.8, just after the release of version 3.7. I wondered why, and it was clear when i saw the rerun banners during version 3.8 special program. Same thing happened in version 4.0, and again the banners were correct. And today as well, i got a DMCA on Twitter, and itās not just me. The source of the information also got a strike from hoyoverse. So itās pretty much confirmed.

their business practice is to get new players instead of fixing stupid game system like locking boss material in enkanomiya and chasm, imagine new player get character that need material from enka and chasm, that means their spending to get the character will be useless for few months until they unlock the boss from clearing long quests

When i first started playing this game during klee's banner, i was having fun exploring and doing stuff with the characters that involve gathering and combat, but as time went on, i realized how repetitive and tiring it gets when farming end game gear and primos. I quit mainly because i had a hard time gathering artifacts that truly maytered for each and every character, so it would explain why i burnt out. Basically not gonna come back unless hoyoverse focuses on quality of life updates. Will play PGR until then.
I donāt know why people keep talking about myths such as Genshin has anniversaries. I play since release and havenāt seen one yet. Just updates lol
