I don't understand why give xiao a rerun he had one in 2.4 :/ yes ik he's related to he chasm plus the story of the yaksha that disappeared is also heavily related to him but xiao rerun after like 3 patches and him becoming on par with childe? Would not be a good business strategy at all.

5:35 I loved the "Fandango when…" XD I've heard Scaramouche's hat is not actually a big problem, since on top there's a face that looks at the player if seen from above and from the back. His veil is also parted in two (like Venti's cape), which makes his back visible and gives an appealing look when in combat for the player. Since those are the standard rules for playable character clothing, perhaps he would experience swift and standing still movents such as Ningguan's and Ayato's(?
Other reasons why they speculated he would be a sword user are the sword dance he perfomed (but it was a claymore) and the fact that his first instinct when facing a Fatui random servant in a boat with dottore was drawing his sword. However he is also expected to use magic.

it wont be boring if they'll take inspiration in the manga since in the manga is never really about the travaler's story but rather a story of some of the characters we didn't get to see in game. and yes, webtoon and ingame lore are canon
Everytime an element is added, they make a character from that element playable, so Collei might be gifted. If not Collei, surely any other character will be gifted just as they did with Kaeya, Lisa, Amber exc… That's for sure.
actually i still find the case of xiao rerun it's ridiculous, if xiao rerun in phase 3 in 2.6 is true, then xiao is also the first character in the new 3 rerun versions, xiao is the first character in hoyoverse priority
for those who don't know, i'm 100000% sure kazuha will run again between 2.6 and 2.8, this was said by a famous leaker, in the current genshin impact there isn't a single character over 1 year 30 days without rerun, if 2.8 kazuha hasn't rerun, it's been over 1 year and 30 days
About the missing yaksha, Bosascius, when he vanished without a trace, its BECAUSE he went to help seal the chasm and whatever monster beneath it, i forgot the details. And then he had been trapped down there, thus leading to others believing that he disappeared without a trace
Also, it would make a lot of sense for xiao to get another rerun, coz he just had his dedicated artifact set released… So people might want him more, which will lead to their sales boost.

I really don't think xiao will come again, first of all we didn't get kazuha Klee or albedo rerun eventho they were with venti, and second i don't think there will be no xiao apperance more than just rumors from the npcs, yes we didn't have some relation but there is xiao story quest or event about it, and third he just got his in 2.4 so i don't think he will be back again
Imprisoned isn’t exactly meaning in prison but locked away or sealed so technically both can be true that he disappeared after the war and that he is imprisoned
I don’t think xiao will get a rerun, he just had his rerun in 2.4 i think it’s too early
