The weapon can actually work on Kokomi if she’s the on field hydro driver for Nilou’s teams, because she’ll want as much EM as possible
I think it’s a better weapon than you think. The best part is it’s support passives. Nahida being the ultimate supportive unit, her best weapons should be weapons that enhance and contribute to her supportive capabilities; this weapon does both.
Not on Mona? Not on Yanfei? Does vaporize exist for you? Do you realize it gives more EM than Sucrose… the one shot buffer for vaporize Mona… the litteral one shotter of the game.
is it good? Yes. Is it a must? No.. And up until now, there isn’t a weapon that is on par on value, and I would consider a MUST pull, as the Staff of Homa.. If you could take your EM to a 1000 without the floating dreams, then it would not be necessary. I think Kagura’s Verity is of much better value if you already have 1k EM, or even other 4 star weps like SacFrag, Mappa or Widsith
Is there any content that requires its benefit making it worth the potential cost? Definitely not.

I love Nahida, but I love Raiden Shogun more. I think i'll keep her at C0 with Sac while aiming Raiden's C3 + Engulfing

264 em from the weapon, plus 32 for a second dendro character which also unlocks dendro resonance giving 50 em (plus another 50 after reactions) gives an unbelievable 346-396 EM before artifacts and her level 90 character EM bonus stat.
After her 115 EM from leveling to 90 she would have 461-511 EM without any artifacts!
My weapon banner is at 50 pity so I'm just going to roll for "a" weapon. I have Yoimiya w/ R4 Rust so I have a pretty good chance of either upgrading her weapon to Thundering Pulse or getting this weapon and I wouldn't mind that much if it's one of the standard 5* weapons if it happens.
Nope. Mappa Mare is my best friend now and I will never wish even one pull on Weapon Banner EVER!

Ironically you never "need" five star weapons anyways. The closest case is probably Nilou as we don't have any 4* hp sword.
