I can think of 3 reasons why the Raiden Shogun was and currently is the holder of the highest sales record:

Mysta you must try Eula you would find yourself liking claymore, her movements are so smooth, each basic auto atk is 10k and above

Also there's a tradition in the Genshin community that at every new character demo's video is released we should visit Zhongli's to compare it with each other. Until today Zhongli is the best one, Raiden's being the one really close of his. That is why the amount of views on Zhongli's demo is huge.

I like to think Collei's little Dendro Figure is actually a combo of her trust and love for Amber and Tighnari, the design is similar to Amber's Baron Bunny, but it's ear look kind of closer to Tighnari's Ears than a standard cat's ears and it's dressed in a little ranger outfit.

The chat is wrong about Sayu's burst/ult.
It heals OR attacks the enemies depending on your situation in battle. If you are under a specific amount of hp, it heals or else ot deals Anemo dmg.
Her 2nd constelation couses her burst to ignore the situation and does both at the same time
Tighnari's demo is very similar to ganyu's
