They don't have Visions because of their Race, Traveler is an Alien, Neuvillette is a Hydro Dragon Sovereign, Then Ei, Nahida, and the rest of the gods either use a False Vision for going undercover or don't even need one.

Duh, they are archon and neuvilette is the hydro dragon and traveler can use all element (theory = it is said all element come from light element that divided, and the traveler og element was Light, so what if at the end when we get all the element we can have our power back ?)

Funny thing whit Nahida actually, when you switch characters (if they have their burts active), their vision will glow but whit Nahida the leaft on her head will glow, (same thing happens whit neuvillet neckclace)

the fun fact is Raiden actually have a vision is hide by her hair. But when u change to the character the vision dont have the simbol animation when the ultimate is charged, that is why people think she doesnt have one😅
