if you walk from spring vale before seeing dvalin flying over you, you can go ahead and walk from springvale to monstadt and you would see dvalin flying over you and go to the water in monstadt (sorry if this doesnt makes sense im not good at explaining)

Fyi a f2p can get about 15k primogems from opening all the chests in mondstadt, dragonspine and liyue, and getting all rewards from quests, trounce domains and shrine of depths.
the game is still kinda meh for me to even try spending money on it
