The "banjo-like" sound you hear is – as you said – a "shamisen" (or more properly called "tsugaru shamisen"), a typical japanese 3-string instrument. It takes its name from the town it originates from

Yeah, I think that's a shamisen, but I'm not 100% certain because I don't know much about instruments and I'm slightly hearing impaired, so it's hard to grasp sounds. But the shamisen is probably my favourite instrument, so I think there's a good chance I can identify it correctly.

Her best constellations are C1, C4 and C6. I highly advice getting her C1 because it increases the AOE of her burst by 50%. As for me yes, I will be rolling for her. I've been holding to her weapon, artifact set, ascension and talent materials for weeks.
For those who's wanna know Shinobu's JP VA, her voice is by Mizuhashi Kaori. The exact same voice for Tomoe Mami from Madoka Magica series. And I'm 100% pulling for her to complete Team Madoka (I already have Lumine, Jean and Keqing)

I think the wind base instrument is an "Shinobue"(a transverse flute which an high-pitched sound and ia very common in traditional Japanese songs).
