I think you made a mistake here. I've seen Raiden trigger Xingqiu's Ult in her sword form. Tge reason she works with xingqiu and not beidou is reflected in the wording. Xingqiu's swords are triggered by NA (left-click) while beidou's are triggered by the hit (i.e. ghe damage instance) caused by NA/CA. Since Raiden's sword form has NA/CA that register as ult damage, dhe triggerd xingqiu's but not beidou's
Not a FTP, but I think not a whale either: with skyward spine R1 lv 90, Raiden lv 60, talents 1-1-4 (because i forgot I need green books, duh), artifacts decent (56-107 crit, 250 ER, don't remember ATK but about 1900-2000) she already is very useful in world lv 8, I can't wait to max her up, just collecting the flowers take me some time 🙂
Edit: a few fragile resins and running around the map sessions later – lv 80, 6-6-6 (still didn't finish the story quest lmao), I loved her before and I was pulling no matter what but damn she hits hard
How/where did you find amakumo fruit? I only found enough to raise her to 70

Can anyone clarify if her skill boosts all of Eula's ult (cryo slash and lightfall sword) or just the cryo slash? I've heard mixed things with no confirmation. Won't be able to test for myself because I have a packed schedule this week
My C0 90 Raiden with R1 Engulfing Lightning has already went beyond the 100k damage. I am really happy with Her Excellency.
R3 weapon sheesh I thought about it but already lost too many 50/50's idk if she needs a buff but it was some synergies between characters Iike beidou and Xingqui
And it's hard for this to be good representation for an average player

is Baal like a childe sub-dps but instead of having her switch on E (elemental attack) (like Childe does to do his main damage), she has to activate her burst to do her main damage?

Her C2 is literally a straight 60% defense shred, couple that with zhongli and you're looking at around 80 percent, It's insane.
So my Raiden is level 80, with 90 I’m gonna take it slow, talents 6/7/7 with Favonius Lance (man getting R5 The Catch is gonna be pain in the ass) and I love her, she’s amazing and I’m really happy with her plasytyle or overall damage she is capable of. Gonna look forward to 10/10/10 her
Nice I so close to getting her to 90 I just need to steel my friend fruit from one of his account that he not going to summon her on
I honestly need someone to compare her with and without C2. That 60% def ignore I assume is pretty broken
4:15 a bit of a correction. From testing , people have found out that Beidou's ult doesn't trigger with Baal's ult but her ult does trigger Xingqiu ults, eventhough Beidou's ult and Xingqiu ult both say they trigger off of normal attacks .
So thats a bit of a yikes from Mihoyo imo , cause they specifically targetted Beidou ult not working with Baal making this a substantial nerf to her dmg. But they have a full manifesto of what works and not with Baal's ult . Lets see how the community takes it.

Uhh, I got her but I don’t know what team to put her on. The burst buff doesn’t work on Xiao and I hate overload so I can’t really put her with Hu Tao since it’ll also ruin my vaporise team. So I can’t really put her with my only 2 built DPSs. I hate Venti, Kazuha, Xinqiu, Qiqi, Zhongli, Bennett, Fischl, Xiao, and Hu Tao built. Can someone please recommend me a team comp? I’m really stuck.
My favorite part is that not only does she buff my teams burst damage she buffs their normals, e skill in a sense because I don’t have to worry about energy recharge anymore. I can build my support/sub dps for damage with crit rate, crit damage,attack%. I run bigger burst at 80/60/80 cost too & can have their burst up on cooldown. They’re also not married to sacrificial weapons anymore I can put more damaging weapons on them. RAIDEN SHOGUN WAS A HUGE TEAM BUFF FOR ME, MVP, BOOBA SWORD CHARGE ME UP AAAAAAHHHHHHH!
4:24 Likewise, it also doesn't say "Normal and Charged Attack DMG". It just says "Normal and Charged Attacks hit"
Raiden's crack so far the best archon because she's a support and stays on field and deal damage unlike zhongli and venti who just pop their abilities and switch out. gameplay wise
Ah yes, C3 R3. Obviously going to destroy enemy. Imo shes okay, not as good as Zhongli and Venti in supp department. Sure she does insane Ulti dmg, but its taking too long to up her stack. Its either your party mmbr doesn't have energy back or you have too much energy but have to wait skill CD to stack her Ulti back. Abit meh.. imo.
In a vacuum her kit is good but since she doesn't work with Beidou I'm not planning on building her because she doesn't fit in any of my teams. I may try and stick her with Childe in a fireworks comp anyway but this is pretty bad.
Does baal’s ult damage increase work for xiao? It probably doesn’t but I’m just curious

This is a c3,r3. C2 ignores enemies defense by a huge percentage so this video isn't relevant to most of the players out there.
Wtf. I have very similar sub stats missing like 500 attack tho since you got engulfing but god dam how were you doing that? Oh and I do have ult only 6

Raiden’s a support, obviously. She supports you by killing all the enemies.

I would really change the electro goblet to an energy recharge. Imo, also paired with electronic traveler is amazing

It sucks being a f2p. Weapon banner is literally a trap and months of saving just went away for me to get two Unforged instead of her polearm. I really want to pair her with her signature weapon as it’s the best in terms of aesthetic and gameplay for her. I’m never rolling again for the weapon banner after this, I’d rather just roll for constellations instead.
literally i did 40k dmg with only a bennett burst lvl 40 raiden, unleveled talents and lvl 60 favonius lance
I'm f2p and I did three multis and got her to c1 she has level 6 talents she has a level 80 skyward spine and she's level 70 now she is hella fun dude

I became that one guy when I got double baal in an 10 pull and another in a single so I got c2 baal very luckily as an ftp lol
