Genshin Impact Recipe #58 / Vegeterian Abalone

A vegetarian dish with a rich flavor. The matsutake has been sliced thin and fried till golden before pouring the sauce. The matsutake meat is sumptuous and has flavor to match that of fresh abalone — almost enough to make you think it was the real thing.

  1. Mannn this looks absolutely delicious. I have vegan and vegetarian relatives and I'd love to try making that in a family reunion… question though: while oyster sauce can be vegetarian, are the alternatives also vegan?

  2. That's one meaty dish if I could say so 😀 Love your recipes. Hope you'll make some Final Fantasy XIV dishes when the official cook book comes out.

You need to do something about the volume of your speech and the background music. You are too quiet while the music is too loud.

  3. Curious how the Ghost will be made for Hu Tao’s variation… isomalt? Tapioca/rice wrapper (like for spring rolls?). If steam is involved, a lot of things will deflate. 🙈

  4. This recipe specially looks super tasty, and it doesn't look hard to cook at home. The textures looks great and the shiny sauce looks splendid. Might try to cook this dish in the next weeks!
