the name of the company behind Genshin is still MiHoYo. HoYoverse is only a brand for international purposes since they wanted a restructure of their going ons regarding every promotinal opportunity in international waters.
So instead of writing: "Shanghai miHoYo Yingtie Technology Co., Ltd." for StarRail, Genshin and such. And a different one for their Otome game…They can just go with HoYoverse to avoid confusion.
