The second part of the Windblume Festival celebration is filled with much anticipation as more characters both playable and NPCs make their appearance. Sucrose continues her mission to solve the prophecy/riddle with the help of Collei as they create a new friendship bond. Meanwhile, Mika also makes his second debut while working with other Mondstadt characters. The bigger surprise is a new face named Scarlett, who introduces herself as someone from another land. Is she somehow acquainted with Alice and Klee? Will Scarlett be a playable character soon? One thing’s for sure – Rosaria has her eyes on the visitor. kinda dissapointed they didnt show collei backstory ingame but they probably thought we read the manga. anyways collei and sucrose's freindship is really cute, collei deserves everything

Yo when they said Mona first for the "guide" I immediately remembered the GAA event last year when Mona said "the watcher, the guide and the weaver of dreams..the traveler".

and i heard collei's backstory is just horrible and disturbing, i was really excited about telling her story but the developers are like this is a kid's game and put that dang black screen with words and called a day.

everyone's interactions & dynamics are so fun to watch here. cyno is esp rly funny actually, glad we got to see more of him outside of the usual stoic, serious work mode during quests
Snezhnayan person with a wide confident smile approaches and offers a drink after only one or two sentences and a desire for an answer to a prophecy that was confirmed by Venti to be true in a sense with the name 'Scarlett'. Yeah, saying that alarms in a thousand mile radius were blaring would be an understatement. I wonder how can Paimon and the Traveler be so trusting especially considering the Fatui are often the only Snezhnayan people outside the nation.

My impressions of badass cyno after this quest:
What Cyno jokes meant: I can only "suppose" that they were "calling" in on someone. At least, that's as far as "I know".
Scarlett wears an Ushanka hat, a trademark of Snezhnaya.

As someone who relates to both Sucrose and Collei their fruity friendship makes me so happy
it makes me all fuzzy in side and makes me go aww and aaaghh at how cute and how much they understand each other, makes feel like the sound EEPY and like I'm about to explode of joy and pounce of the walls kwnsosnen I never knew I needed them together until now but theirs friendship means so much to me and makes me so happy(again) my babies

Maybe Rosaria is on to something or maybe she is just overly suspicious, time will uncover all eventually (honestly I hope she isn't with the Fatui just to bring this point up in the game because every person we meet from Snezhnaya either being with the Fatui or mean/"evil" is ridiculous)
