I deal about the same damage on my phys kazuha build with 2 pc bloodstained and pale flame, crit circlet, phys cup, and jade sword. 82.5 rate 138 crit damage talent level 8 as well. Running with xin Yan sac greatsword, Yan Fei with thrilling tales , and zhong li with 50k hp milileth. Dealing around 140k to 180k per rotation which is every 20 seconds. Sounds like good dps to me lol
You can even get away with using 4-pc VV set cause it will shred 40% of Cryo Res Not to mention using Kazuha's Ult while standing on Benny's field guarantees most of the time it will swirl Pyro and you can deal higher damage with Melt with normal and Charge attacks
