I wouldnt be surprised if they "forgor" about delay compensation.
It should still be full 400 primos, since most servers reset before or during the actual update since it is on a tuesday.

It's the regular time as every other update, just that this time it isn't on a Tuesday.
I mean HYV is already so hesitant to give out anything as a baseline (420 primos/less than 3 pulls per average event) so I have pretty low expectations for HYV when it comes to compensation of any kind so it's hard to be notably disappoint when the bar is already pretty low idk

the first compensation was given on first day of the delay, which mean the reward is given based on the wednesday to the next tuesday, the delay only last 21days and we already take 3 compensation reward ardy so there no anymore

I've read this compensation post whenever it came out and the " agjusted accordingly" line caught my attention then and there. I'm kinda cynical with Genshin so my first thought is " they wrote it to have a leeway for not paying the last week huh". cuz, you know, why specify that at all or more importantly -why not give full weekly compensation even if patch drops in the middle of it. You clearly not gonna break a bank cuz of it.
Man, that and the recent streamer event fiasco makes me not really optimistic. If Hoyo is still that uncomfortable giving primogems(not even cash-primogems), I don't see them expanding this game further any time soon. Cuz God forbid we give out slightly more lol
By the way, this update being 16GB is a joke.
