My team is literally Anemo traveler, Neuvillette, Navia and Charlotte all built to hit hard even though the max Charlotte do here is 10k rarely and my traveler who got wrong set artifact lmao it golden troup hit 15k them and navia mostly are never on fight exept to react with hydro to max neuvillette's damage
That's how I played the game when I was still a newer player, all the way up until ar50 at most 💀 And tbh that's still how I play in the overworld, but at least I actually build supports now

I always use the characters I like in my team. Hu Tao, Furina, Navia always stay together all the time, only the 4th changes depending on what I need.
