I just mathed it out and odds are when you hit 1 000 000 primos you will be able to pull a full 8 person C6 5 star team. Not 100% guaranteed but more likely than not.
EDIT: I forgot about Starglitter, it might actually be guaranteed at 1 000 000.

300,000 divided by 160 equals 1,875 pulls and 1,875 divided by 90 is 20
