You shouldn't compare them like this if you do this kazuha will almost always have more damage unless kazuha isn't built you should compare them in total rotation and total damage because xilonen res and dmg buff lasts 7s more than kazuha 5s more res if you use his burst
I'm still ninda annoyed that most people don't take the fact that xilonen healing means it makes using furina more viable in more teams, and how easy she is to build compared to kazuha, in everything but crowd control xilonen is a slight upgrade to kazuha in some teams and an outright better character in teams where she can enable furina

for me Kazuha for grouping enemies and elemental shield shredder. I got c4 Furina so am good
me using both with my Hydro king Neuvillete 🤑
