I agree with you Sarah, but about the part of not posting genshin trailers for fear of that might overpower your other video games is something out of your control. Content creators should understand that diversity of content is good but also should not deny the fact that some content has bigger traction than others on the subscribers point of view. I'm not saying you should upload more often genshin videos, instead upload genshin content with a regular schedule same as your other video game content. It doesn't matter if your genshin content gets more traction than your other videos, that's something out of your control. Keep uploading variety content but don't be hesitant to upload genshin content too just for fear of divided traction of your videos.

Genshin cannibalizes so many content creator channels. It's a victim of its own success. Every channel very quickly becomes "Genshin" channels whether they want it or not, because its almost throwing if you DONT make Genshin content.

You have the right idea here. It's important to do what YOU want and let your community form around that rather than trying to do what you think people want you to do.
