I assume all the standard 4 stars (amber kaeya lisa) have the same chance so I'm pretty lucky to be having a C6 kaeya with no money spent (roughly a year of playing genshin)

The most expensive thing would farming an artifact set with the PERFECT main and substats. You'll never get it playing normally, so the amount of money to refresh your resin would prob surpass 5k in no time.

One Ningguang literally took me 186 event banner pulls and I'm only counting the ones where she was a rate-up 4*. I got her and her C1 last spring and got her C2 from Kazuha's banner. I wonder how many total pulls it took considering I didn't skip much haha
