  1. I'm all for switching out 1/2 characters on your team maybe every episode. Your mains will keep carrying and the others will let you experience more playstyles. We will get more of sayu when you get to the next region.

1:46:53 there's the ascension quest I was talking about. I was an episode early.

I think you told people to comment "this is painful to watch" last video.

  2. Cos you asked in video about Stardust and Staglitter shops – use Stardust monthly to get Monthly Fates (Wishes. Every month in the Shop, Stardust Shop, you can get Wishes) and collect Starglitter for characters and their Constellations (duplicated character) for now, each costs 34 Starglitter and for most of those characters you can get there Constellations are quite a useful thing to have.

Stardust is very easy to collect, Starglitter is rarer thing and harder to get.

And play as you like to play, there always will be someone who does not like something, you will play faster, there will be people who will say that your playthrough is too fast, play slower and vice versa, will be someone who will say that you play too slow, just ignore that and play as you enjoy to play.

  3. 47:22 your decision to stay the course and not rush to lantern rite is good I think 😊👍 I’ve watched countless YouTubers rush this game to get caught up to current content and most end up missing a majority of the story and burning themselves out. This game is best when a player takes their time to discover all the stories, exploration and gameplay naturally along the way.

  4. Btw, little tip, maybe you already figured it out, but maybe someone else will find it helpful – when you cast character's Burst (Ult) he becomes immune for a second, so you can use it to avoid damage too sometimes.

Also, you do not need to write your real birthday, but you will get some small rewards on the day you will write there, not a big deal, but still nice.

  5. I agree with the fact that this playthrough is very comforting and calming. The videos usually drop around the evening for me, so they're a nice wind down from a hectic day. Puts the mind at ease and makes you feel nice and excited to play Genshin the following day xD Honestly love the videos dude

  6. you are so lucky with the ascension quest. the game devs only recently changed the enemies to be a bit easier, removed a whole boss and four challenging enemies and a whole room. it's way easier now, but tbf, before that i was always struggling and once didnt even do it for a long time, so that once i ascended by doing it, i skipped 5 levels and my world level increased by two and i was underleveled. im so glad it's easier now, but it would've been fun to watch you probably first try that challenge as well. it's incredible how often you manage to first try things

  7. The Ascension dungeon used to be much harder. You'd have to fight one of the giant robots in the first room, and a world boss right at the end, all in one go. That's why it felt so easy. xD

  8. 1:49:57 In Genshin there are Channeled abilities (let's call them this way) and Casted abilities, Channeled ones disappear when you kill an enemy, like those monuments they cast, but Casted abilities stay even if enemy dies (same thing happening with character abilities too).

P.S. – and btw, gratz with your first ascension quest.

  9. Love the idea of videos to fall asleep to, because I find your voice so soothing. The voices you give NPCs and hillichurls crack me up as well. Keep having fun with this game and we’ll have fun with you. I’m so glad you started playing my favorite game and your channel got to my recommendations!

  10. You might still want to delay your trip to Liyue Harbor a little more if you want to avoid the lantern rite… The timing is really rather unfortunate because the event will still be going on for two more weeks, if you go there it'll most likely trigger the event cutscenes immediately, and I'm not sure if you'll find enough stuff to do before then in just Mondstadt and the outskirts of Liyue… Don't get me wrong, there's still a LOT of content even in just those areas, but it might get boring not to discover new things^^' I also understand why some people would like you to experience the event, but it would require a lot of rushing and I feel like it would just be an odd experience since it involves characters you haven't met, and some spoilers depending on how you look at it.

  11. I really, really enjoy this series. Not only because you have a very calming effect and it's great to see you enjoy the game, but also because it's so nice to see someone be excited about the "simple things" in Genshin which people start to ignore after a while. It got me to go to older areas and walk through them again.
I can't explain what I would give to experience Genshin for the first time again and this series gives me at least a somewhat similar feeling.

23:29 Someone please save this quote for future Roamer 🥲
37:24 Casually solves a pretty hard puzzle
44:32 That's interesting, I feel like it's rather refreshing when not only the viewers but also the creator can be "sassy" in a fun way. Even if it's the example you mentioned though, the creator is also human and can act like it… so?
45:40 If you don't wish to experience Lantern Rite this year, which makes sense – postpone going to Katherine in Liyue by a bit more. I was very grateful that I got to experience it this year, but it was mainly because I played Genshin for a few months and knew the characters and everything. Now it would just be way too overwhelming. (Lantern Rite decorations etc are scattered across all of Liyue now)
    1:00:22 o.o
1:21:09 You can turn the requests off – Paimon menu, co-op option and bottom left menu

  12. I think it would be hard for you to do the Lantern Rite and not encounter any spoiler! By the way, when you reach Liyue, you can switch your daily commissions to Liyue region (Adventurer's Handbook -> Commissions -> Choose preferred region on top), if you like.

  13. 2:27 Yessssssssssss the neurotic player in me is so happy you finally started claiming daily battle pass missions! There are daily, weekly, patchly missions you can do to level up your BP. Don't forget to check right before you end your gaming session to see which BP missions you've completed because they reset every day/week/patch etc and any unclaimed exp will go away. You normally complete almost all the dailies each play through unintentionally anyways so it's just easy freebies.

BP has two tiers 2:19 – the free tier on the top (Soujourner's BP) and the paid tier on the bottom (Gnostic Hymn) which gives considerably more rewards and a BP weapon of choice. It's really worth trying to complete the free BP because it gives out a ton of resources and some wishes and fragile resin on top.

  14. I didn't even tell you to rush just play as usual and get to liyue habor so didn't miss the latern rite storyline. I don't mind watching exploration/ world quest but right now I don't want you to miss these events it's one the best part of these game. There so much time just do it at this speed. Latern rite not just about the rewards.

  15. Also, you can restore HP from a random statue of the seven. You can do this every time you complete a domain or commission so you don’t run out of HP. Maybe you know already but just saying. Btw you can try to do some lantern rite quests, they’re pretty fun and you can get a free four star after reaching 800 festive fever! But it isn’t only about rewards the story is also very fun~ happy Chinese new year 🧧

  16. In the first place, events are for veterans who have done most of the content of the game. For newer players, they have so much of the world to play with so it shouldn't really be a necessity for new players to rush just to play the Lantern Rite.

  17. I usually watch the full video whether i miss a few minutes or not cause i wasnt paying attention or not( usually cause the part i wasnt paying attention to wasnt important like him running around) but I tend to try to give tips to things that get solved in the video like a minute after 🤣🤣🤣🤣 not cause I wanna be first or anything but just so I dont forget it since these videos are hours long

  18. I really really don't mind that you're doing all this sidecontent 😀 I love it
I love that you're enjoying the world so much.

About Dragonspine: one of the side-quests there unlocks food that slows down sheer cold accumulation (the one from the cook at the camp).

  19. A quick tip, which you didn't need in this episode because you mostly fought them one at a time but it'll come in handy in the future: the big Fatui guys like the one at 23:57 will heal the others if you're fighting a group of Fatui. They're like the hydro hilichurls who heal each other with rain. You can actually see him healing the electro guy at 27:45 when he shoots a bubble from his gun at that guy. So definitely take those hydro guys down first if you ever fight a large group of them!
