Since Arlecchino is a new character, her banner should be featured in the first half, but, there’s a chance she could appear in the second half. This is just a speculation based on version 3.6, where baizhu was the new character, and he was released in the second half.

Other than Arlecchino, lyney, baizhu and wanderer are expected to get their reruns in 4.6 as well. Lyney was released in version 4.0, and he hasn’t gotten his first rerun yet, so he will most likely appear in phase one. Baizhu is the one character I think Hoyoverse might pair up with arlecchino. If you look at Arlecchino’s kit, she definitely needs a shielder and a healer in her team, and baizhu can easily fill that spot, so there’s a huge possibility Hoyoverse is going to pair him up with arlecchino.

Wanderer hasn’t had his rerun in a while. He was released in version 3.3, and got his first rerun in the second half of version 3.8. And now he is all set to return on the banners in version 4.6.

Moving on to version 4.7 banners, Clorinde & Sigewinne are the two new characters who might be added to the roster. Both of these characters are expected to be five star. I don’t know why but sigewinne feels more like a 4 star character to me, but since most of the characters from Fontaine are 5 star, i won’t be surprised if she also turns out to be a 5 star. But for now, I’m gonna count her as a four star character.

Other than Clorinde, Shenhe, Wriothesley & furina are expected to return in this patch. Furina’s banner is hard to predict at this point, since she’s an archon, or was an archon, she should be getting her first rerun in version 4.6, and this has been Hoyoverse’s pattern for archon reruns, but the leakers say otherwise, so I’m expecting her to come in version 4.7.

Shenhe has only been runned twice since her first release in version 2.4, so it’s high time they gave her a rerun. She can’t appear on the chronicled wish banner either, since she hasn’t gotten 3 banners yet. As for wriothesley, he was released in version 4.1 alongside Neuvillette, but as well all know, Neuvillette is getting his first rerun in the second half of the current patch. And if wriothesley is not coming in 4.6, then he must get his rerun in version 4.7.

Moving on to the chronicled wish banner in version 4.7, I’m assuming it will feature liyue characters like ganyu, yelan and hu tao, and this is just my speculation based on various rumors.
But There’re some rumors about an Inazuman festival in 4.7, so there’s a possibility that hoyo might rerun inazuman characters, but it’s less likely to happen. But just in case they decide to rerun characters from inazuma, you can expect characters like Kokomi, Ayato, Ayaka & yoimiya to be featured.

Based on leaks, 4.8 will be featuring a limited time map like golden apple archipelago. So, 4.8 can’t be considered as a filler patch, and hence, I’m not going to consider the chronicled banner in this patch. Navia and chiori have a major plot in version 4.8 main event, and it is related to some kind of a fashion show. Navia, Xianyun, Alhaitham and chiori, these are the four characters, who will most likely get a rerun in this patch.
