People keep saying the voice in 1:14 is Dottore. It's not. You can easily tell that's not his voice because Dottore speaks a few scenes after that.
The voice, the cadence, the acting. It's all different. So it makes me curious to know who exactly is speaking. Maybe a sage? A new character? It's not any of the other Harbingers for sure
