the beta version of 4.1 is already in version 3, which means that there will most likely be no further changes to the Neuvillette and Wriothesley kits, even if there are any more changes it will most likely not be significant
in the latest beta update, Wriothesley’s normal attack damage was slightly nerfed but his charged attack got a buff, which is kinda weird since his kit mostly rely on his normal attacks
Wriothesley’s elemental skill will only increase his normal attack damage by a certain percentage depending on the skill level when his HP is above 50%, and when such an attack hits opponents, it will consume a fixed amount of Wriothesley’s HP
if his HP is less than 60% but still in this enhanced state, his charged attack will deal 30% increased damage and restore HP for 30% of his max HP not only that, his constellation 1 passive effect also received a buff, but it won’t be suitable for F2P Players
Next is about Neuvillette kit it seems that in this latest update there are no significant changes to the Neuvillette’s kit, it means he didn’t get nerfed which is great news
if you don’t know about Neuvillette’s kit, he is a Hydro Catalyst user who relies on Charged Attacks to deal massive amounts of damage
uniquely he can charge his charged attack after charging for about 4 seconds, he will unleashes continuous AoE Hydro damage to all opponents in a straight-line area in front of him
This special charged attack won’t consume any stamina and last about 3 seconds, but he will continuously lose HP while using this attack If his HP is above 50%
His elemental skill and burst will deal Hydro damage and generate a certain amount of source water droplets, these droplets is similar to the Hydro traveler’s 1st Ascension Passive skill
Every droplet he absorbs will increase his charging speed, and will heal Neuvillette based on his Max HP
the downside is, if the charging got cancelled, he has to redo his 4 seconds charging again
so you may need a shielder to protect him from enemy attacks while he is charging his special charged attack in total he can deal 185% of his max HP in AoE Hydro Damage in one charged attack
last but not least in today’s video is version 4.0 phase 2 weapon banners that have been confirmed yesterday, here’s the list if you want to pull Wriothesley or Neuvillette in version 4.1, you might want to pull this weapon banner for the Widsith catalyst, since it’s the best 4-star catalyst right now

  3. I'll try first to pull first for Neuvillette with the 50-50. I won it two times on Alhaitham's and Eula's recent Rerun Banners. In Case if i don't win it i'll wait for Furina and go for him in his Rerun. But, it also depends how highr my next 5 Star Pity is, and howmany Wishes i'll have left to go for him with the Guarantee since my Pity is now 50.

  13. both sound just underwhelming, if you ask me and are designed again with this dumb constant health sacrifice mechanism, which makes them not fun to play without healers in party, cause you have to be then constantly cautious that you dont sacrifice too much of your health at the wrong moment…which is already stupid with characters like lynett. because you constantly lose HP with her, and you are forced to wait on her E to recharge fit, just to regain your lost health, justz in order to instantly lose it again with no means, other than having healer in the party, to regain in back quicker, without beign forced to wait on dumb recharge timers first wioth no way in the game to fuckign speed up the recharge timers..
    ow wait, thats not correct, there is 1 freakign way, but MHY fucking doesnt make usage of it since DAY 1 … by lettign us have finalyl access to the Stat, which reduces the Recharge Times of Skills, so that if you get that Stat to say 25%, that your skilsl and bursts will recharge 25% faster to be used again… on skilsl with relatively short Recharge Times might be somethign liek that not very effective, but on skilsl with very long recharge times, a stat liek that is a blessing or where every second you can make usage of your skil lto heal your self, can be the desivicive factor eventually if you are unlcuky, if you live, or die perhaps

  18. Seriously tho, for those who want to pull for either Neuvillete or Wriothesly, how in the actual hell will you choose? lol
    They both look so damn fun to play and their looks/design are ultra top tier. Even their lore and personality is amazing for the love of God. I find it impossible to choose between the two lol
