I started using exile on bennett, mostly because I don't have another "better" set for him, but at this point I have a hard time switching just because the utility of the 4pc for the rest of my team.
4-pc AP should give that DMG bonus upon triggering crystallize instead. I've been saying that on the surveys for months now.

I have always used Exile on Bennett, but I will absolutely look at giving Gorou some – well, really any artifact, since he’s still bare.

Exile is great on Gorou depending on your team. In my case, Itto, Albedo, Gorou and Zhongli. Gorou needs a lot of crit rate and ER as well, so it's harder to get crit rate and ER% substats in 4-star exile set. So I just slap Noblesse to him to get some boost for ATK. Current setup is already self sustaining for the team, and easier to get Gorou's burst back on.
I've been maxed on trash artifacts for months and can't even bring myself to farm more, so tired of this absurd rng regarding artifacts
Nah bro Archaic petra is annoying to play, but I understand that some people may find it interesting
I believe the only Geo character that can use Archaic Petra is Ningguang since Zhongli is either a HP Shield or Burst build & the rest of the Geo characters just use Husk of Opulent Dreams since their passives rely on Defense.
I used Exile set for a full year before I had the ER stats on all of my characters to drop it from my team. This is an incredible set. I hope one day we see a 5* equivalent set so we have the opportunity to take advantage of stronger stats for the character using it.
I know exile is a good set on Gorou, but since it doesn't drop from domains, it's a bit hard to farm. Also being a 4 star set, it has lower main stats, and substat rolls. I used it for a bit, but eventually just switched to noblesse
Videos like this are my favorite kind of game videos. I only wish MiHoYo created more artifacts and weapons that lent themselves to creative use and vids like this. They actually have artifacts and weapons with more variety of use but are locked into low star stats. It would be cool if there was a way to upgrade star level on gear since there aren’t high star versions of these effects.

The emblem domain is the bane of my existence. I farmed from 2.0 and I only got one, that's one electro damage goblet. smh
I use 4x Instructor on my Support Keaya.
He use a Fav-Sword has arround 230ER and 45% critrate.
All his Artefacts on max level with a off piece 5* ER sand.
He is a really good Support for my Pyro DPS.
I always safe artefact parts from the Instructor, berserker and exile because I really like the set bonuses for support characters
if 4 characters use 4-piece instructor, will the buff stack?
What stood out the most: for a 5% the genshin community is the loudest? i mean, have you seen the wow community? for a 1% they are killing eachothet for decades with no end. No matter what, min maxing was, is and probably will be, the wow communities privilagige in terms of beeing the loudest.

I fully agree on all 3 sets. Having 2 noblesse units in a team is often worth considering a change to get other benefits !! Thx for your opinion. Always appreciate the not so ultimate Meta looks at the game mechanics.
I like Petra a lot on Ninguang. It feels like it was made for her.
Put her with zhongli, then double up on another element with off-field damage dealers and it sbouldn't be a problem keeping petra's buff up at all.

The issue I have with the Archaic Petra set isn't that gathering crystallize shards is tedious but, rather that it's 2-piece & 4-piece bonuses contradict each other. The 15% Geo dmg bonus is clearly a dps stat while the 35% elemental dmg bonus is purely a non-Geo support buff. Currently there are only 2 Geo characters(Zhongli/Albedo) who can make consistent use of the full set by dealing on-field Geo damage after switching off-field. Co-op is one rarely use way around this set's weakness.
Most characters using the set for support purposes wind up wasting the Geo bonus & most using the set for Geo dps can't benefit from the 4-piece buff as it excludes mainly Geo but, Anemo & likely Dendro as well. Meaning Geo units who are looking for more dmg can't use any 4-piece set bonus to increase their dmg when using this set while all other elemental dmg bonus sets are fully useable by their same element characters. Even the Viridescent Venerer set more often used for support still boosts swirl dmg as part of it's 4-piece bonus. Whereas AP 4-piece does nothing to boost crystallize shield strength. If the 2-piece bonus was something like EM it would serve a full support function. However, if neither set bonus actively supports the other then, regardless if both are accessed by Geo units, one inevitably goes to waste in most cases. Husk of Opulent Dreams may benefit def scaling units who can either buff their abilities or convert it to more damage but, that excludes straightforward scaling units like Ningguang.
Ningguang is the greatest victim of this poor set bonus pairing given that AP 4-piece & HoOD 2-piece are useless for her on-field dmg, even if she can activate the HoOD 4-piece stacks easily. Her likely best set is Wanderer's Troupe given her high charge attack dmg but, even then, the 2-piece bonus doesn't contribute to her dmg in any way & requires either elemental or element shielded enemies to benefit from it. It's a shame, really, given that the AP set was likely intended for her but, the 4-piece set bonus only serving a support role makes using the full set on her rather pointless.
Triggered genshin meta snowflakes is so on brand for genshin meta snowflakes jfc. They're the most annoying part of the community and I wish they'd find another game to play where they can take their toxicity to.
i use archaic petra on albedo, really good for buffing my dps though still shocked how my bloom dmg aint even close to the husk albedos 😭
Man just imagine if we got a domain where all these great 4* limited sets had a 5* upgrade, such as Exile, Scholar, Berserker, Instructor and even Gambler. I mean how crazy would it be to have a 5* Gambler set on Sucrose so she is able to do 4 elemental skills in a row?! Madness I tell you!
I use Exile's on Gorou because of you and it works. Gorou doesn't need that much stats and helps a lot my low ER Noelle. I destroyed my only Instructor's long ago tho… but I don't see that much use cuz I don't play Melt/Vaporize besides National and it's strong enough already. Same goes for Petra, very situational, not really worth it specially cuz it comes with the Bolide set which no one recommends anymore.

I wish more of the low rarity artifacts had 5 star versions. A number of them are genuinely quite good and would be even more useful if they had 5-star versions. Berserker comes to mind as a set that focuses on Crit rate. Personally, I use Exile on my Gorou. I’m also thinking of getting Instructor for a support to my melt/vape Amber I’m working on.
