So MihoYo finally revealed the roadmap of new characters coming to Genshin Impact in 2.3 with Gorou, a geo bow user, and Arataki Itto, a Geo (presumably) claymore user. These new characters have caused a stir within the Genshin community, and it has lead me to speculate what reruns we might be seeing in 2.3 and 2.4 assuming Gorou is a 4-star (still not confirmed by Mihoyo, just my speculation). Obviously the Ganyu rerun is still a highly likely rerun to happen, and I’m almost willing to bet my LIFE that it’ll be in 2.4 at the latest, but also, Albedo’s rerun might be quite soon as well by the looks of this Geo-favored update.

I just expect Albedo rerun to come around somewhere in December 23, and Ganyu to come in January 12. Since, that was when they were released before. Although, speaking in the topic of business it could possibly change. Although it could be something like, (spending alot of primos on Arataki and Albedo rerun being kind off like a break). Just a speculation tho

from discussed leaks, chances seem to be higher for an albedo re-run cuz some event planned for dragonspine is also giving us his signature weapon, which means we most likely have to wait for ganyu til christmas.

i fully believe ganyu will be. people are saying that its gonna be albedo and itto in 2.3, but remember people, there has NEVER been 2 of the same element 5 stars in an update, and i dont think they'll start now
I heard a leak from the leaker Ubatcha that the next few patches will have male characters. So I assume We won't see Ganyu before 2.4. And there are other Albedo related leaks too,like his story, free BIS 4-star weapon, upcoming artifact domain with Def and Healing effectiveness arti .
From my standpoint I feel like it’s more likely Ganyu will get a rerun next patch because the banner trapping is actually a lot better for business since it may cause more people to spend on the second banner but this is hella biased since I’ve been saving for Ganyu for the past three patches
