Tower of Fantasy vs Genshin Impact: Oddly Similar? Gameplay Comparison

Tower of Fantasy vs Genshin Impact. I’ve been playing TOF for a while now, and I can’t help but feel that there’s some odd similarities between this game and Genshin Impact. Of course, both being anime-style is one thing, but there’s many other similarities like monsters, some mechanics and even a Dvalin like bossfight.
Tower of Fantasy is an Anime-styled MMORPG that is available both on PC and on mobile devices. You can play it on both Android and Apple devices. The game is still in beta right now so let’s wait till the global launch releases!

  2. Competition is great, but it would be hard to compete with a very dedicated and hardworking team of developers that Genshin has (I mean seriously – no one slacked of in design, animation, music, etc.) I agree with you on the "needing more creativity" part.

If this game will improve upon their mechanics, especially implement features that needs to be fixed in Genshin (resin system, artifact system) and become more f2p-friendly, I would personally consider playing the game.

Though, when that time comes, I'll prob still be playing Genshin because they will enforce some "come back, players, to Genshin" events and rewards, and believe me – I'll be right there.
