yes ik range is a huge advantage i have been saying that for a long time now, but i seem to remember you saying ganyu aint that good/fun compared to ayaka at least so i was surprised to see you defending ganyu and saying shes the best dps in the game which well she is but i would say hu tao is still better than ayaka though but ayaka is still great though and in like 3rd place i think with yoimiya in 4th maybe, and well you know as much as i do that alot of it is personal preference in who you prefer to play i mean for example you dont like to play ganyu or yoimiya but tectone (and mtashed also likes to play ganyu to at least) does and you like to play ayaka but tectone does not and me personally i like them all for different reasons and imho yoimiya is the most fun to play dps for me even if shes not the best but i also like hu tao alot as well and ganyu and ayaka ect to im not real picky tbh but thats just me… lol
but yeah imma get ayaka regardless you dont need to tell me twice shes the only female character/waifu in gi that i dont have… <3 lol
I play ganyu and love my flexibility and range etc, but pure DPS single target wise ayaka does more DMG and we all now that abyss doesn't do 3+ enemies anymore for ganyu to outscale (except this one kekw), so considering abyss only ayaka is prolly stronger rn?
Actually as far as 4 star weapons go, her bis is actually amenoma kageuchi and it's a katana so it's also edgy and cool xD. And it's passive helps with her 80 cost burst
30k gems and I have to win a 50/50. Next up Kazuha, then I am set. Don't really need anything but weapons.

I’m currently building up Shenhe to make her go super Saiyan
I skipped Kazuha for her. I never regretted it tho.
I'm gonna pull Kazuha on his rerun and yeah good luck to Ayaka wanters, not gonna gatekeep her like toxic Kazuha Havers gatekeep him from me. 🤣👍
This video actually convince me that ayaka is literally not worth it , her ult with mistpliter kazuha buff and shenhe only dealt like 400k damage while my xiangling with catch R5 can deals 620k damage in international

Short answer yes. my advice is to not even bother with a crit rate crown or weapon and use the artifact set and cryo resonance bonus to get your crit rate. but its not the end up the world if you dont.
I have ganyu and i hate farming for blizzard strayer, farming for ganyu took me AGES and i’m still needing a good 5* circlet that doesn’t have def in it. I think i can pass Ayaka for someone else…and her sprint feels weird for me…i’m just going to hold off until the 2.7 livestream
Istg i'd pull her if there's an option to turn off alternate sprint
Some points i think you forgot to mention
1. Amenoma is her best f2p because of how much energy that weapn gives
2. Her sprinting is really annoying for some people (personal opinion) so people should give her a try in trial run and see how comfortable they are with her mechanics before they pull
3. She is strong but not as strong as people think she is, at least at f2p level… and you need shenhe and kokomi for ayaka to get the best out of her… so if someone really pulling for her they should consider pulling shenhe atleast (if they can't afford kokomi).
4. Ayaka is a dps indeed but now a days sub dps are so strong that you don't even need dps that much… like if you have keaya c2 and rosaria c2 then they can do same damage together as ayaka do on a freeze team…. so people should consider that was well
5. Ayaka is not as good against bosses if you can't play her well… if she miss her ult you have to restart again and again in abyss and her ult although hit hard has a very small AoE
If her dash was not mona's dash i would 100% pull her.
Pretty sure ayaka does more damage in a window and 100% uptime on infusion is insane on melee character
The bloom is when her ult does the last bit of damage with the last tik. hence a Sakura blooming..

She is the best pure dps and also the best character at c0 in the game and she synergizes very well with 4 star weapons.
You can also run summit shaper on ayaka. For 5 stars, its her second best in slot, I thought it would be good to add the 5% who actually have summit shaper
I think freeze is super important to have and Ayaya is the freeze queen imo. She is worth pulling even if you dont need her atm as there will always be times when freeze would be the answer to your problems and she will come to your rescue then.
ayaka is the one of the best if not THE best main carry in the game fite me (that's just an expression dont fite me)
I have a cracked ayaka at c0 im debating to pull c3, or get yelan and her bow idk which ahhhhhhh
i’m debating if i should pull for her or continue saving for c2 kazuha (i already have c1) and freedom sworn (if the weapon banner isn’t horrible) 😔 i really like using her but i’m a kazu simp too so i’m so akdnajfd 😩
I got my Ayaka on her first banner, she now has a R2 Amenoma Kageuchi and I love her versatility. She does well as the "on field" DPS and as a secondary DPS slash support. I've used her in combo with my Diluc and my C6 Xingqiu… so that combo can freeze/melt/vape all in one… I love a versatile team that can do a bit of everything.
I would say that she's definitely worth the primos.
For me personally she is one of the most fun units to play and using her Q also feels satisfying. The best part of her is that she is f2p friendly and really strong at c0
I was gonna skip everyone until Yelan but didint pay attention and pulled on character banner with max late pity. No excuses got Venti… I'll try for Ayaka now for Morgana ಥ‿ಥ

Decided to just farm the cryo/hydro domain. If I get lucky with a cryo set I’ll probably attempt to grab her, I’m 40 pulls in and if I miss 50/50 then I’ll guarantee the next character and I’ll have a set for a different cryo. If I don’t get cryo set, I’ll likely get a hydro set which is good for future banners.
I feel like Yelan will be stronger though, so I’ll skip Ayaka for now. Armpit Impact.
Ayaks is insane at all levels of Investment. She is also the main dps of the strongest team in the game, also better than ganyu.
Dash is mad lame, charge attack sword users are lame, and her skill is stupid… she's cute and her burst slaps, but outside of that hard pass…

I'm still waiting for a cryo dps I'll like to use even outside of Abyss, because both Ganyu and Ayaka aren't it for me

I have Ganyu, but I don’t like her gameplay. And I need a cryo dps that I like the gameplay of.

I agree, wen i ever i do co-op with randoms, she is always my go to, if u practice enough u can still get eye frame on the dash, & imo i think her best 4 star sword is the crafted one from inazuma(not even gonna try to spell, ill butcher it) all ur points are spot on, i dont have a shenhe, kaz or venti, but sucrose or bennet work really well, my best team with her dmg wise is baal, xangling, & bennet. So strong & fun to use.
