What are some unspoken rules or tips for using 3 star weapons? What ascension tier is it worth to level up? my 4 star weapons don’t have the best skills or sub stats for certain characters.

My flex is that i never got a bell, the only 4 star claymores i have is the prototype archaic, favonious greatsword, whiteblind, and skyward pride
i'm sorry, but i kinda disappointed in this vid. i thought you would put the gray and green weapon out, and really saying all of the weapon that you thing we shouldn't invest to. it might be better to rank on each rarity, like the worst 5 blue weapon or purple weapon. that way some of us might think twice to raise on those weapons.

Idk about the dragon spine spear cuz I use it with zhongli and it is very very good quite outstanding tbh so tbh I would love if u could check it out urself cuz of the 1.3 buff

The Bell cooldown should go down like 5 seconds with each refine but for some reason it stays at 45seconds.
I'm using the Dragonspine Spear for my Xiao XD i admit i didnt read his burst description. Btw, the only polearm weapons i have is starglitter and favonious and both of it is on lv20 i think. So yeah, gotta change my Xiao's weapon BRB
I'm actually using the dragonspine for Xiao. Its not that bad imo. Wish I had better weapons but rather save gems for characters. After I get the characters I really want, then I'll start pulling for weapons. I have no great weapons a few 4 stars. Dragon bane, dragonspine, mappra, Cresent pike, sac fragments, sac sword, sac greatsword, bell,lions roar. But no kiqine. I really want zhongli bad.. very bad. Anyways gl to everyone trying to get characters and weapons. Came here to see who benefits from the bell and turns out its one of the worst weapons.
