So the top 2 character is
– a Carry that can perform well with any shit support, and
– a Support that can turn any shit character into a good Carry.
I gave into the hype to pull xilonen and I liked her much more than I thought
Disagree with Furina placement.
The moment we get strong shielders like citlali, furina versatility goes down cuz now you either have to replace them for healers or get c2 furina, saying furina is the most versatile support is just not true anymore
I agree with "GUYS" tierlist more, but that's just me.

I would say that mavuika is better than neuvillete, at least in my account the damage her team does is superior to neuvi's and Im saying this playing with rosaria since I dont have citlali

You pick one team with Bennett, for one half and there are much more other teams

There is 2 things I would personally change, and that is swapping Neuvi and Benny, as well as Furina and Citali. Benny is a 4 star character, that has been here since v1. and he is so versetile, and Furina works with so many different teams too, when Citali works in only 3. But this is just personal preference. Here's my personal top 10 C0 list:
10. Zhongli (Versatility + comfort. Mobile and high ping players exist)
9. Fischl (great dmg, great battery, singlehandedly makes electro carries viable)
8. Kazuha (great grouping, good personal dmg, dmg bonus based on EM, VV set shred however is scuffed in multi wave scenarios and some team comps)
7. Mavuika (strong carry with nuke + on-field dmg, can be a sub dps, does not need ER)
6. Nahida (Best dendro for deepwood, best uptime, easy to use, great dmg and good EM buff)
5. Citlali (Pyro/Hydro res shred + scroll artifact buff + shield)
4. Bennett (Every ATK scaler wants him, heals but circle impact + applying pyro to active character makes him kinda annoying to use)
3. Furina (High personal dmg, universal dmg% buff, enables hydro reactions but demands a healer)
2. Xilonen (Easy unconditional res shred, low field time, scroll artifact buff, healing)
1. Neuvillette (Strongest braindead carry in the game, high dmg, easy to play, no team restrictions)
Xilonen also allows Petra to be used by another character replacing Noblesse
40% + 35% dmg bonus

Xilonen is definitely not more valuable than Citlali in Mavuika team what are you on 💀 Yeah she has 20% more shred but that's like it 💀 You're already running 2 shredders you don't need more meanwhile Citlali is the one that allows Mavuika to melt.
11:49 codex is used in like 4 DPS' calm down. It's really restrictive unlike MH if you're running Furina 💀

Im with TGS on most of his one, but with your take on Kazuha being much lower. Neuvillette is powercrept, the dmg is just too low for me now. Im used to insta deleting anything with Mavuika now. Having to full setup to kill a world boss is just cringe. Id put At least 5 DPSes above him, ease of play is not something Im worried about.
I actually agree with this ranking. I have all of them at c0 r0 except Mav at r1 (the 4 stars are c6 tho), and have played an account that used none of the top 7 (had Bennett but purposefully didn't use them but don't play that account anymore either).
I also 100% agree with the Nuevi vs Bennett for a new account. Bennett used to hard carry so many teams (still does but shoutout to Chev making teams that used to need him not necessarily need him anymore):
1. there's only 1 of him.
2. there's SOOOO many strong teams now without him uncluding the strongest "I can just throw basically any 3 different element characters on a team with him and he can still carry dps" Neuvi. Like sending him plus 3 random shitters lower level and low talents that are just filling the full roster imaginarium max diff and it's just GG.
3. NONE of the rest of this top 10 actually NEEDS Bennett. even Mav can get away with Sucrose or Furina vs freezable just fine instead. Every other member has at least one very strong team that does very well without him.
I think ororon is equal if not more valuable than fischl. Unlike her, he allows more team dps on top of his own damage. 🤔
