You're a good guy, and I fully agree that how people are dealing with this situation is outrageous. But you mentioned you had a degree in psychology or something?
We shouldn't be okay with the outrage and with how far people go. Harrassing people who have nothing to do with the core issue is fucked up, using strawmen and buzzwords to invalidate someone are obviously just narcissistic abuse on a grand scale.
But let's not act like this issue, apart from being kind of a natural response to franchises this huge in today's society (C4ncel culture and hypercriticism when there's at least a little bit of traction), isn't perpetuated by the fact that Genshin is treating their community like nothing but cash cows, and will censor feedback when it actually means they need to make a change that will actually make the game more consumer friendly.
All the 1-star reviews on GENSHIN ONLY were warranted. What Genshin, and their official platforms did, was, and will never be okay.
I don't agree with it, but it's kind of "cause and effect", neglect and censorship will cause people to turn to less conventional ways of getting the message across.
And no, I feel like acting like there's only extremes in this community is disingenuous, and doing the exact thing you set out to oppose: Create division though misconstrusions.
People shouldn't be okay with this "game" treating their supporters and beneficiaries this disproportionately bad, and people should obviously not go as far as they do and stay reasonable, or at least as reasonable as possible in a situation like this.

I got burnt out and stopped playing Genshin, but I enjoy coming to your vids and staying updated on things. I really hope the Genshin community can push more and more and keep speaking up against the toxicity and harmful attacks. Maybe one day some of these people will gain a fucking brain cell.

The reason honkai players are not too much toxic is that the team organizing the honkai Impact always have events there are many things that you can do in. There even end game players are not bored and theres a ranking system there that make them compete every week/month I'm not saying that they should add those in genshin but for real they should add a weekly contents that could entertain end game players because if they don't many genshin players will end up quiting

Honestly Iâm 50/50 on the whole review bombing the Genshin app itself. Review bombing other games is stupid and was taking it too far but I can in a way see why people would with Genshin. This is because they were silenced and banned from other community forums on most social media sites if they so much as questioned what the fuck Mihoyo was doing/thinking.
Posts and comments were being deleted, people were being banned if their words were even constructively critical about the situation and not just pure praise. Itâs like Mihoyo only wanted to hear that they were perfectly flawless and could do no wrong ever so any voice of discontent was squashed. I 100% get why people were pissed off about that. Player treatment and the silence from Mihoyo who were not addressing anything was a valid complaint so people took it to where they could be heard without heavy censorship; reviews.

If I were them content creators, I say block every user because they talk nonsense about it, what if Genshin imapct is gone forever, then are they happy about it? yep, they have gone into the level of shit right now. i mean no complaining about dish's comment here but that was true. Twitter is becoming toxic even the genshin community itself. i mean just because the character isn't popular doesn't mean you have to hate the VA itself. that completely doesn't make any sense. if it does make sense to you, i don't give a fuck if twitter users did that just to attempt to destroy some communities. i mean check this: I BOTH PLAYED GENSHIN AND HONKAI AT THE SAME TIME. Isn't both good enough for us(I guess).
