Kokomi might have been the luckiest run i've had on the weapon banner on terms of return on investment. I maxed fate points and got her weapon within 15 pulls.

This is what happens to me on Hu Tao's weapon banner. First 10 pull, got her signature weapon AND the HP sword (which I also wanted).
Navia's weapon on the other hand made me go to 70+ pulls.
