Anyone know what I can use besides whiteblind? I don’t have a prototype to craft it. Don’t have 5 star weapons either. I only have prototype archaic, favonious and sacrificial great sword.
I don't even have sweet artifacts for her yet and she already does her job pretty good so I totally see where this stuff is going and I couldn't be any happier tbh. Noelle, Zhongli, Ningguang and Sucrose. Pull em together, Planet Befall, Jade Screen, Starscatter and then let Noelle clean the rest up
man i hate the way im running my noelle, i just cant seem to get the right stats yet, i got her the summer night set and all sub stats just not lucking out. but i got some ok defense 4 star for sands and a 5 star crit rate for circlet, just waiting till i get that geo bonus damage for goblets lmao, but till then im really trying my best to pull some good shit out for her

"for 1 crit rate you want 2 crit dmg" my keqing with 11% crit rate and 131% crit dmg is crying right now

Mihoyo refused to give me another one Noelle so I can C6 her. Kinda sad
This video is really helpful when it comes to building Noelle. I decided to focus on building my Noelle correctly after realizing that before I start building her properly, she is not good at all as a dps and the only best thing to use with her is her shield, and even that won't help that good. Now, my Noelle is doing pretty great. After watching this video, I'm learning to build more time and effort to build my Noelle so she'll be the best that she can be. Thanks for this amazing Noelle tutorial. She's one of my favorite Genshin characters and I adore her.
I just dropped a Claymore Billet (it's been moooonths), so I'm kinda evaluating if I should get a Whiteblind for her: currently, I run with Favonious greatsword for ER and energy particles generation, so I'm not so sure about it, as she would loose a lot of utility… mhhhh…
As for artifacts, I've got pretty decent def% and crit-rate bonuses, yet kinda low crit-dmg (about 95% total).
I got her at C5 working on artifacts. She mainly does 5K to 11K dmg on full mode but regular it's like 1K to 2K dmg
MUST BE SPOTLESS
How do you get such good substats?! My artifacts are always getting elementary mastery or worse, what am i doing wrong?
I love Noelle!! As a Lisa main, she's my support dps, shield and healer.
How about healing bonus for the circlet? Is it no advisable?
tbh i think wolf grave stone is better for her but yes they both are great for her

Full Gladiator (got better stats + substats than on my retracing bolide)
Serpent Spine R1 (I'll never get a claymore drop from weeklies, I swear… All though I might just keep the SS for now just because of crit rate)
Talents: 6, 10, 12
Stats:
– HP 17k
– ATK: 1211
– DEF 1948
– CR: 64.8%
– CD: 145%
– ER: 143%
Infinite sweeping time with crazy crits all around. Supported by both Albedo and Zhong Li.

Would the Serpent Spine also be a good option for Noelle? Since I can't get a Whiteblind at all from these Weekly Bosses!!!

Is Geo% better than Physical%? Someone else’s Noelle build had Physical%
I have used Noelle as my main since I got her. She is C6 at lvl 81 with R1 Whiteblind at lvl 90. I focused only on def with her artifacts and are all bolide. I neglected her CR/CD…. So with that being said, her stats are HP 18537 ATK 1307 DEF 3000 EM 19 AND CR 7.7% lol and CD at 50%. Normal attacks are 1100 avg and her burst attacks are 5k. I was upset at first with the “weak” number for her burst attack, but I get at least 10 hits with it so I’m getting about 50k total. I’m getting ready to take her DEF circlet to a CR bolide one. They are all 5 star btw.
Is 'The Bell' a good weapon for noelle? I've been using it since I got her

Didn't even want to build Noelle but I kept getting god rolls for her style of artifacts and with c6 hit and I actually built her to 80…with only c1 whiteblind…20k normal hits and 28k normal 5th hits…..
